It occurs to me that a good many people, myself included, are not sure of what we want or why we want it. There fore it may be more difficult to see what the blocks are regarding our obscure and abstract wants often put apon us by society.
David would like to let you know that I have been working hard & not seeing results with my new business; so last night before bed I did the balance series & the how to know what you want by writing down the things that I want (moving back to Chicago, going to naprapathic college, continuing massage/reiki, & housing) I almost fell over forward. Not once but twice. This brought a sense of safety & happiness all over. Thanks for sharing such powerful tool to bring balance back into my life.

If your body goes back, it indicates that the thing you want is not good for you. You mention that "you will have to work with that". What do you mean? The thing is not right for you but you should work on it? Not sure - could you clarify plesae.
But the deepest and best way, is to sit/be quietly and relax, become aware of your body and call to the divine, and ask for guidance, and then open your mind & heart to listen for the still small voice. this gives insight, love, understanding re. the decision. Thanks for sharing this! Rachel
that's pretty cool. yeah, I've gotten to the point that I can just hold things and I can feel if they are good for me, or why I'm attracted to them. If they make me think of a healthy, abundant situation or relationship or energy, then I know they're good for me. If they remind me of a needy, situation, fraught with drama, or are pulling energy, then - no.
It seems to work a little for me. I will keep working with this, it seems to be the best way for me to get some guidance at this point in my confused life.

I do a form of energy channeling. It is kind of a directional tool. when the energy is very strong i am in the right direction. if the energy is low it's if'ie... what can i say. i do a form of meditation. and i can bring very strong energies up. that's why very close friends tell me to do a lot of grounding.

It means that at this moment in time, due to the way you are feeling because of beliefs or the programming that you have been taught growing up that you have some blocks with your WANT. You can easily work with this using EFT or The Balance Procedure, to get rid of the things that are blocking you. When they are cleared and you test your 'want' again you will get a different response. The same goes for food, the response can change from moment to moment.
