1st assassins creed was so much better than 3rd

1. you work solo instead of having a brotherhood which was what the game was made for.

2. You actually had to figure out targets info. for yourself = Funner for the more experienced gamers.

3.It wasn't near the beginning of the renaissance, making it a lot more grueling period in history and ultimately more interesting because you get to meet actual cool, non-gay people like Richard the Lion heart.

You confuse the term "spin-off" with something else. Spin-off is something that features the main character of the given game in a strange environment, like, say, Ezio deep in space, fighting some aliens. It would not be included into the original timeline/storyline. That'd be a spin-off.

Brotherhood and Revelations just continue the main story, and therefore, are canon. Learn your facts.
