i know the guitar player uses the peavy with the mesa 4x12 alot, you or him should check out the peavy XXL. its got a real nice tool (adam jones) tone. on the ultra channel. not too much high, its almost like a darker tone as described in adam's wikipedia about the blueface. its a really nice amp on top of that too. im glad to say its the first actual head ive played through. and when i said you or him should check it out, it wasnt an insult, just a bit of info. keep playing.

Well I only find one thing odd:
Justin plays in the beginning on that 9/8 riff from 0:16 to 0:44, in fact, it's usually what he talks about when interviewed.

For those who bother to read a talkbox works like this.
Your guitar sound gets amplified through a tube that goes into the guitarists mouth, by playing and making the motion of talking with your mouth you will basically be able to shape the sound of the guitar.
Go look for "talking guitar solo" on youtube.
