I went to CCC as a pre-teen/teenager when Rick's dad, Glen Cole was pastor. Glen was/is a great man; and he knew most of his over 2800 members by name. My bad luck that he knew my parents though. I'd be sneaking out of Children's church and see him coming down the hall and turn back around! Once, he stopped the sermon to make me and a friend separate for talking-moved me to the front, right behind Rick! How could he could see me from down on the stage when I was up in the balcony? Embarrassing!
