Stephen Harper is running Canada like a dictator. He and his office run out and discredit anyone who speaks against him or his policies.

ALL of the experts say that mandatory minimums do NOT work ... and yet, we are spending BILLIONS of tax payer dollars on more prisons when the prison system does nothing to rehabilitate anyone.

Surprisingly they're hasn't just been a random 3000 series of murders across Canada requiring the new cells.
