That over hand grip at the beginning isn't that close to throwing with a lock ??? I know the finish is not just could get called early maybe by a ref.
U should watch the grips and look at taking an elbow grip in your contest, rather than the upper arm for more leverage when you throw...3 ippons- well done
I have a question? which throw its more difficult Uchi mata, hane goshi or harai goshi as the entry is similar...Im asking cause I want to perfect one of those throws and so far the 3 are very difficult and when I do them I do them wrong and never know which one I do just roll and sweep with my feet, By the way Loved the video great Grip I tried it on a friend in practice and I got the throw which before I couldnt do...sometimes Its a small detail that makes a big difference...
Depends on the student which technique is perceived as more difficult,
In my humble opinion I think you should try for and perfect one of the three waza in uchikomi, and drills, but in randori and shiai take what presents itself.
Attention to detail is important in developing a favourite to a high standard...
@AJDevilx In my opinion Hane-goshi is the hardest to execute because you've to touch the leg, while you swing it between or next to the legs with the others. My fave is uchi-mata
looks very good, I'll try it left handed since that looks even more useful
