Bristol-Myers marketed Ipana toothpaste from the '20s through the '70s; in the mid-'50s, it was "pitched" to kids through "Bucky Beaver", voiced by Jimmie Dodd (who was also his deadly enemy, "Decay Germ"). The animation was produced by Walt Disney's studio, of course [Jimmie's "home base"], and the "Bucky" ads were often seen on "THE MICKEY MOUSE CLUB". This is a 1957 installment...
