  • Saw Kix at Jaxx last month and they F%4#@ing Rocked the house! can't believe they dont tour more.Even Mili from Steelheart was in the house and thought they were great ! Guess I have to wait for Rocklahoma to see them again.

  • do yourselves a huge favor, go see them on tour, best live band ever.. known these guys when they were in other bands in 77-78 i remember ronnie in mama kin..

  • they played Hammer Jacks in Baltimore a lot back in the good old days

  • hmmm...first time i heard this time & i like it! i even added it as a fav.

  • Sleaze Metal at it's best...YEEAAHH!!!

  • Great song

  • such a simple song, yet so powerfull!

  • i was there when they filmed this at hammerjacks back in the day...haha

  • One of the best live bands I've ever seen in my life.

  • awesome song

  • I F*ckin can't wait to see these guys in concert in 2009. (I missed Rocklahoma '08)

  • im seeing them at the crazy donkey

  • Saw them at the Crazy Donkey last night. Great show!

  • cool

  • Is that the crazy donkey near Adventureland?

  • Shooz, Kix, Funny Money, and now the long awaited Kix reunion tour starting December 31, 2008 in New York City. I can't believe it! 47 cities in 29 states. It's goinna rock HARD!

  • Pure talent, they never got what they deserved !

  • kix ass love it :D

  • I have a video of them live in 1983 and they busted out with this song it's awesome! lol like i said before... KIX FOREVER!

  • This song is awesome wait.. KIX IS AWESOME!! :) I LOVE KIX! KIX FOREVER!

  • One of the best bands to come out of the 80's. To bad they never got the big break and recognition they deserved.

  • At least something came out of my town worth a fuck! HAGERSTOWN MD!

  • best band from maryland

  • Now called FUNNY MONEY!

  • great song!

  • I was at this video shoot..they did it at Hammerjacks in Baltimore.

  • wasn't steve great, I was also down at Hammerjacks every time Kix played and I remember a few faces from this video.

Do you remember JR one of the bouncers?

  • omg my boyfriend ryan loves this song and he had me listen to it one day and i like it now!!! i never heard of it till that day and he told me that i blow his fuse haha i love him to death!!

  • I love it! They reminds me on AC/DC.

  • are you kidding me? ac/dc has no talent whatsoever. they are so fucking bland it's unbelievable.

  • you dont have no talent gunsnroses742, AC/DC is the best band ever.

  • you are a fucking idiot. all of ac/dc's songs are exactly the same. i have been playing guitar for 5 years and i can already top angus with one hand

  • well, you know back in black or you shook me all night long, bet you dont know shot down in flames, if you want blood you've got it, or whole lotta rosie

  • you have got to be joking...i can name every single ac/dc album and every song. pretty much anyone that is in to rock knows both of those songs and every other ac/dc song. you are obviously some ignorant little kid who knows nothing about rock. or music at all for that matter.

  • well if you say i know nothing about rock or music, check out my channel and see if my channel proves if i know nothing about music.

  • i dont even know why im arguing with someone who loves gnr-gnr were great for a very short time...come on, Chinese democracy?!!! its crap and many will agree w/me. AC/DC has been around for decades and still they rock! Back in Black album still comes up in the top 10 hard rock albums according to rolling stones mag-check it out.

  • How about "Down Payment Blues" Bon Scott was the sh*t Brian Johnson just got lucky!

  • AC/DC has no talent? In WHAT alternate reality, pareallel universe, or Bizarro world could that possibly be? Sorry, but AC/DC is one of the GREATEST bands of all time.

  • I know, AC/DC is amazing, WTF are they talking about.

  • EXACTLY! Whatever gunsnroses742 has been smoking, he's obviously had enough- time for him to lay off the pipe. Of course it's quite possible that, to paraphrase Dave Chappelle in "Half-Baked", that he has smoked himself retarded.

  • ok then. well i know guns n' roses sucks now. i like the old gnr and they aren't even my favorite anymore. i made this acount a log time ago and just so you know even guns n roses has a significant lead over ac/dc in talent. maybe you like ac/dc's music. sure it's catchy. i'm just saying that most of theire songs are the same and they are all simple tunes that anyone could make. they lack talent so just fucking give up already.

  • I know you are right-Hammerjacks was the $@#% and Kix is still my all time fav! I seen them in 1992 right before graduation at Michael's 8th Ave in Glen Burnie! Hell yeah, rock on Kix we still love you!

  • If you love this then maybe you were lucky enough to see them at Hammerjacks! Rock on!

  • most underrated metal band ... ever

  • Definetly!! :D

  • i miss those days going to see the Shooze at the Eleventh Frame Lounge , what a great time and to michelle jenkins wherever you are,

remember that night we drove all the way from harrisonburg, va and back to see these guys...I told you they were good...lol

  • This song ROCKS! I wish I would have gone to Rocklahoma to see Kix (So underrated!)

  • 1988 wa the year and i didn't get into these guys until 1990 but they were great, even though they only had a few great hits.

  • Fucking great

  • I was round for the 80's and I know 2 of these fucrks tunes and I like this one. I have it on my 'metal' discs

  • Saw these guys at Maxums? in Tysons Corner before anyone outside the east coast club circut heard of them. Lots of great bands came through there back in those days. Every body got smashed and hammered stupid in that place--oh my god how did we survive! haha

  • wow ive never seen someone insult a band for getting laid, must be gay or somethin

  • Shut up.

These guys had and still have talent. They weren't in the music buisness to get this dick sucked. Get your head out of your ass.

  • My dad was huge into Kix, and i gotta say, they influenced me alot to play rock music

  • These guys really rocked back in the 80's.But really did not get the attention that they deserved;unlike some of the other bands during that time.

  • yeah.. just like tesla

  • this is classic rock go baltimore liv forever

  • I thought classic rock was like Boston and 1970s bands!

  • this is calssic metal.

  • i want a pair of those kix glasses thats the singer is wearing

  • These guys were different than a lot of other hair metal bands of that time.

    These guys actually had talant.

    And were a great band.

  • Stumbled onto Kix here in YouTube! Don't know how I missed this band in the 80-90s? They "Rock"! Found 6 songs that rock the house. I see back then they rocked with Ratt, Poison and Britny Fox, yet I never heard them before. Great Post!

  • MUITO BOM!

    VERY GOOD!

    TRÈS BIEN !

  • I saw these guys several times in '82-'83 in a small club called The Metron in Harrisburg, PA. Absolutely the wildest parties I've ever seen. I'm old and mellow now, but I don't think a club today could get away with the things they did back then.

  • how old are you now?

  • 47 years old and I haven't had a drink or smoke in 16 years. But in the early eighties those Kix shows were great parties that sometimes got a little out of control. Broken bottles on the dance floor, chicks dancing on top of double high stacked tables, snowball fights inside the bar, etc. But the band played on!!

  • hahaha....yea, the fuckin Sweatron was the shit.....then, off to the West Shore Democratic club for all nite debauchery till 8 AM......memories......

  • awesome song

  • Miss these guys. True Baltimore sound. Saw them MANY times at Hammerjack's(best heavy metal bar period) in Baltimore, Md in the mid to late 80's. This generation has no idea when it comes to the FUN we(of the 80's)got to experience musically.

  • Hammerjack's was the $#!+ ,always a great time seeing these guys there! Manytimes myself

  • wow, Hammerjacks...what memories...I saw Kix there too when I was in the Navy more than a few moons ago...What a freakin party that was..they were the most fun!!

  • whos that?

  • Love it!!! Real music.. 5*****

  • I saw Kix at Joe Louis Arena in the late 80's!These guys rocked out!Too bad they missed the rock and roll gravy train!A very underrated band they fizzled out when grunge became popular!Who's the jerk who hates America!Hate the government not the country I always say!

  • WOW, hard to believe it's been 19 years since I saw thse guys live on my 21st birthday!! AND partied on the tour bus!! I'm old :(

  • thats awesome man

  • KIX kix ass !!! :)

  • I just saw Kix at Rocklahoma, wow! unbelievable, sounded fucking awesome and made the entire festival for me.

  • I heard it was rainy as hell. =]

  • It was raining pretty good but after the storm that blew through earlie we were all just happy they were still playing so I don't think anyone minded the rain a bit, I know as soon as they started playing I didn't even think about it but I was so soaked I really couldn't feel it anyway, Kix fucking rocked, wow.

  • COol.

I saw Funny Money last week, and steve said it was rainy. =]

  • Kix is great in concert!

  • We were there for this video. Long live Hammerjacks.

  • i'm only 17 and know this band is the better than anything now adays.saw them last year at haggerstown in MD. greatest concert ever and i've seen Van Halen, Rush, Poison, Ratt, Def Leppard, Journey and a few others but this was the best by far. if anyone was there you'd know how small the stage was and yet they made that show great, went backstage afterwards and got some autographs and talked with everyone except Steve who seemed to just leave somewhere else. security suckedLOL

  • only place u will see kix because lead singer steve whiteman lives in hagerstown near me at that and im friends with his son cody

  • is Ronnie the one doing the sweet solo 2:30?

  • no i think thats brian forsythe

  • holy fuck i wish i was born in the 60's so i would be a teenager in the 80's, but too bad, i was only born in '93...still love the music tho gotta bring back the 80's. 90's were ok like some bands like skid row was awesome, cinderella, dream theater is ok.

  • No need to be born in the 60's bro I was born in 71 and wasn't 2o till after the 80's lol.

  • Absolute Sweet Tune!!!!! Please guys come to Vancouver BC!! KIX ROXS

  • they wont one there not all together anymore they only do small gigs in hagerstown now they are funny money with out original bass player now u will have to go to hagerstown i would know i live there and so dose steve whiteman

  • well I just saw them in Oklahoma which is nowhere near Hagerstown.

  • This is real heavy metal, those drums and guitar are awesome.

  • I'm sorry you hate AMERICA!

  • Go fuck your self if you hate america.

we are the best country in the world.

    go fuck yourself!!

  • Who spawned you? ASS HOLE! and if you don't like America, get the FUCK OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Metal is bands like Leatherwolf. But I feel sorry for them that they didn't made it. "Street Ready" should be a hit but no... there were bands like Bon Jovi, Poison and Mötley who people were obsessed with. I know what you mean all the popular bands sound the same and the underrated bands sounded original and different.

  • THEN LICK MY COCK BITCH!!!!!!!!!!

  • many many memories with Steve Whitman, love this video ty for sharing!! keep it metal!!!

  • He has a special voice I love it!!!

    Rock'N'Sleazy Chaos!!!

  • do it!

  • These guys were one of our biggest influences!

me and Chris saw em at the Roxy in 88 or 89 i think, everyone else in l.a. was doin glam shit, i wanted to sound like this! We came kinda close, but these guys did it right!

  • from bmore all kix is the shit seen them at rabbits foot frednick and beyond !!!!!

  • Being from the Baltimore area, these guys are the shit! I have seen them quite a few times back in the Hammerjacks days. Still kick ass.

  • have too agree yeah man!!!!!!

  • how does this have less views than the fake blow my fuse vid? kick ass song by the way

  • great song, true rock and roll. It's like mix of dokken and ac/dc kix ass.

  • DAMN GOOD SONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • good song

  • "blow my fuse"by kix is one of my fav by kix besides cold shower, and "bodytak"

  • "blow my fuse"by kix is one of my fav by kix besides cold shower, and "bodytak"

  • what about dont close your eyes kix? im like the only guy to have that uploaded lol. just search dont close your eyes kix. thats my favorite one.

  • don't close your eyes is my favorite one to^^ thats actually the song that made me listen to Kix in the first place and thats the first song i heard with them to! heard it on the "80s Monster Ballads" cd, im a sucker for nice rock ballads! haha xD

  • KIX sang a song called red light green light , TNT , their best one :-)

  • that song is okay, but its about suicide right?

  • bring back the fuckin 80's all this modern doom and gloom shit blows!!!!!!!!!!!

  • yes plz bring it back..salutation from this 19 year old hair metal guitar prodigy!

  • How many of you got laid to this song? ;) I can't say...the 80s was a big blur for me ha ha

  • this is an 80's alma mater in the metal world.....

  • all of the new music like rap and pop shit. Its fucking sucks metal from 70s and 80s kick ass

  • i love this song

  • me too!!!

  • is it a metaphor?

cause you know fuse can mean like a tube

  • If you guy's like this stuff go check out airbourne they are new and they rock like these guy's.go check them out you wont regret it.

  • I'll believe that when I see it chevy. It seems if you rock like this nowadays, you got no shot to make it. I would love a band to rock like the hey-day, but I've yet to find them.

  • go check out airbourne and get back to me

  • I was damn impressed - airbourne had the look, the attitude, the chops, everything...but I doubt they'll make it in the US - the US doesn't go for real hard rock anymore, it loves wussy music. I say that as a proud US citizen.

  • yah i love airbourns their coming to my town the 23 of february.and yah the usa sucks for music right now to much sissy rock and rap crap. i bought airbournes new album it's realy good,it's their first.the kids now days just dont get real rock and roll i grew up in the 80's late 70's. i think the 80's was the last great decade for rock..some ok stuff from the 90's.. but the 70's was the peak of rock with bands like zepplin and thin lizzy.

  • No arguments. I'm a child of the 80s and I loved 80s rock and 80s metal, the depression-pussy-fag rock of the 90s and beyond makes me want to puke.

  • agreed,i cant stand nirvana and all that so called rock.i cant stand rap/rock or rap or all this little kid rock.I dont even listen to the radio anymore i listen to sattalite radio.

  • I try to tell the kids at my work about real rock/roll but most dont get it.

  • try vains of jenna

  • they kick ass saw them with poison and ratt in charlotte one of my fav bands

  • i know , i saw them in pa wit bam margera, they were cool, sounded bttr then ratt?

  • I saw them with Ratt also but Britney Fox was with them instead of Poison. They are playing at Rocklahoma this year, that is the concert to see.

  • I like Ratt I like KIX . Both great bands ID RATHER SEE TODAY then99% of the bands out there coming out today. no. 100% of the new bands today! I hate all this new green day garbarge. Anyway. Its sad that its over. WE need a resurgence.

  • KIX = criminally underrated.

  • good music !

    good Band!

  • Didn't know how good we had it. This music drops a giant, salty, bubbly load on the shit of today!

  • you are so right.how did things get so bad?this stuf rocks compared to all the sissy crap now days.these guy's kill bands like nickleback and creed,to me thoses bands are not even rock and roll.

  • try the Kix album with the song GIRL MONEY!

  • Blow my Fuse was a good fuckin album.

I was ashamed I listened to these dudes back in the day but now I realize theyre pretty dope.

    Fuck rap!!! Rock is back.

  • I suppose you listen to that hip-hop or rap shit don't you? I guess it turns you on to listen to it while getting banged by your boyfriend? FLAMER!!! Long live Rock N' Roll!!!

  • Hi, I'm from Europe. Is Rock n' roll, metal and rap the only thing that's popular in America or are there other styles?

  • There is country and R&B too. But, this is the best music of all! Rock On!

  • I wanna live in America. Here in Europe it's only techno and there isn't many rock n' roll anymore :(

  • Crash Diet!

  • Techno and Rap are not music, it's something that was created to test and control Lab Rats. Metal Rules!

  • ZanxGuitar, there isn't rock n'roll in europe nymore, but it is still the greatest producer of metal music in the world. Countries like German, UK and every Nordic Country have more metal bands than any country in the world.

  • FUCK YOU, BOR3! You don't know what good music is!

  • FUCK YOU

  • I was working Hammerjacks when they filmed this.

  • What do you want, a cookie? :) Man, hammerjacks was like no other club in those days.

  • great song!and always will be!

  • bring back hammerjacks

  • KIX was TRULY one of the best bands of the era!!! Poison, Ratt, Twisted Sister, Cinderella and Winger headlined arenas, and Kix did not - but Kix was better than any of those bands by a mile.

Kix was truly passed over in their heyday- any song off of "Midnight Dynamite" or "Blow My Fuse" is fundamentally better (and has aged far more respectably) than any song the above-mentioned band ever recorded.

  • Missing this big time!!! saw them at the capital center....funny, cant remember who they opened for. Well they live on in my heart anyway

  • I gave my daddy my kix tape, he played it over his Marshall stacks in Nayarit mexico, little did I know that he knew the F word before they started....... ROCK ON KIX!!!!!!

  • Now THIS is what the band is really about! Not that "Don't Close Your Eyes" crap.

  • My mom stood in line and got me a ticket to this concert! my mom was cool!!!!!!!!she was 67years old!

  • possibly the best band of there time

  • LOL! I'm sorry dude but.....umm....no.

I bought their cassette when it came out and played it every chance I got, but the best band of their time?? You must be high.

  • I always thought these guys were a bit cheesy, but 20 years later they are actually pretty rockin'

  • can you hook us up with that song same same jane thanks in advance and yeah yeah yeah or something like that

  • very uderrated and overlooked band. wich is too bad. wore this tape out in malman listening to it when it came out. note I said tape in my walkman not ipod.

  • no, you said malman, whatever that is.
