  • Christians need to get back to the simple truth and emphases of the Bible: Unity and holiness! We should be examples of LOVE, as "by this shall all men know that you are my disciples!" We should be totally devoted to truth and to walking in obedience to the teaching of Christ and the apostles, living to please and honor God by the power of his Holy Spirit. We must model and proclaim the Good News without preaching error! I urge you to check out this site: wmpress.org An amazing mission!

  • Sadly, Christians are divided by false teachings and led astray by false teachers and hypocritical "performers" like Benny Hinn. We need to throw out the MAN-made HERESIES: the "once saved, always saved 'eternal security' "; the Great Tribulation nonsense, along with the Milennium & Rapture; the notion that Israel/Jews are God's chosen people (we who are Christ's are spiritual Israel, Abraham's true seed!); the 7th-day "Sabbath"; so-called "speaking in tongues" (which aren't, of course), etc.

  • The Bible is absolutely true, and as Abraham Lincoln said, "But for it we could not know right from wrong!" Evolution is man's great self-delusion! "Mother Nature"--NO! Rather, it's the Creator God of the Bible. I do not insist on six "literal 24-hour days" of creation or only 6000 years of earth's existence. It's possible, but I think these "days" were likely eons... even the sun wasn't created until the 4th "day." So "day" can have valid interpretation as other than a 24-hour period.

  • Anyone who knows anything about history will tell you that Jesus Christ actually existed

Not really, since there's NOT ONE contemporary account of the "events" of his life out side the gospels.

  • Anyone who knows anything about history will tell you that Jesus Christ actually existed. Now whether you believe in his divinity or not is up to you. My personal belief....... Jesus is Lord. He's alive today and wants to have a personal relationship with you.

  • Hallelujah!

  • I don't understand why atheists feel the need to attack Christians for standing up for our beliefs. We allow you to voice your opinion and beliefs, so why when we attempt to voice ours are we always attacked? You don't like to be quieted, and we don't either. And that's why organizations like this exist. It's time for Christians to quit letting our society tell us to be quiet, and stand up for our God! They don't want to hear it, because they KNOW He exists. We can''t continue to be silent.

  • @ttoon52 Maybe cause they get attacked even MORE by christians who are supposes to be "tolerant" right?

  • I am not ashamed that PZ Myers and the rest of the scientific community are willing to use every synonym for idiot in their description of Ken Ham and his retard organization. But I am ashamed that there are people gullible enough to buy into this crap.

  • A refreshing cool breeze of nonconformity

  • No crap you're not ashamed theres A LOT of delusional people so you're comfortable... try actually learning and see facts then society will shun you for not being like them

  • LIVE LIKE THIS: Galatians 5...the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.

  • NOT LIKE THIS: Galatians 5...the works of the fleshare these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

  • If you dont live free from sin you cannot claim to be a Christian. Jesus said, John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. HE expects more than lip service, Matthew 15:8-9 This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me...in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. Most people live in the flesh not in the spirit.

  • @msldcs I don't know if you're saying that you have to be perfect in order to be Christian, but what I know is that Christ died on the cross for us...he was crucified so that we can repent.

  • @akikowolf There is no imperical evidence suggesting the existence of a christ.

  • @bob32117

Actually there is evidence, but it not needed. Just look up at night, listen, look around. Better yet, ask Him if He is real. Ask Him into your heart. What do you have to lose? Yes bob32117 Jesus is the Christ of God. Know what? He loves you more than you know.

  • I'm not ashamed in science and atheism, but, y'know... no need to make a video about it...

See, the problem with this, is that no one is ashamed in their beliefs. If they were, they'd change them. But advertising you're not ashamed changes nothing. This is especially peculiar with Christianity, because if you aren't ashamed, God will know that, so there's no need to advertise it. Sharing it almost sounds like a form of insecurity with your beliefs. Also, the internet was a bad choice of medium.

  • This is more important than my saying that I am an American. I am not ashamed of the gospel, but I am ashamed of those who have commented so negatively. When Christ returns, I will not be ashamed of living for Him.

  • I guess what I don't understand is why this is even necessary. Presumably, most of the people involved in this campaign are from the U.S. Seeing as the vast majority of Americans are in fact Christians, I don't really think its necessary for believers to congratulate themselves for having the "courage" to "stand up" and declare their overwhelmingly mainstream beliefs.

  • Though it may be the overwhelming mainstream belief, Christians are often looked down upon for being "simple" or unprogressive. My family was bashed for trying to get nativity songs into a christmas concert in an elementary school. One teacher refused to write God on the board for a list of things that are most important to you. It is our constitutional rights that protect this, but people go against them. It is even intolerant to say merry christmas now!

  • @mattwjohnston Some Christians are, namely the ones who believe the Earth is 6000 years old, and rightly so. If I were to claim that the Earth was flat because some books says so, people would be completely justified to mock me and I would be rightly ashamed. I would like some citation for these claims, and even if true, I would reply by pointing out that on surveys of groups most likely to be voted for in a presidential election atheists are routinely in last.

  • I'm ashamed that a humanity exists where people can still believe this nonsense despite all the evidence and common sense.

  • It takes more faith to not believe in Jesus, because the historical evidence supports the existence of Jesus as well as His death, burial, missing body, and sightings after death. Even science does not support the notion of life created spontaneously out of nothing, out of chaos.

  • I'm not ashamed that I find Peter Pan a more believable story than Jesus.

  • @snappingbear I think the very fact that one must say that they are not ashamed, makes them ashamed

  • @NegativeNick Oh so you're saying this new campaign by Christians saying they're not ashamed of their beliefs, really means they are ashamed. Funny you only responded to my post and not those of others or the topic of the video.

  • @snappingbear,I will love to hear you say that on the last day.

  • @snappingbear/Of course you find Peter pan more believable, but, Christ crucified is a stumbling block to Jews and nonsense to Gentiles, but, God's nonsense is wiser than human wisdom.

  • @icanseeclearlynow100 The Abrahamic version of God doesn't exist.; It's an incoherent God concept that is self-refuting. As far as Jesus goes, I don't think he even existed and was probably borrowed from other mythos based on saviour gods from older religions such as Horus and/or Mithra. The stories are too similar (virgin birth, born Dec. 25, sacrificed and resurrected, etc).

  • Matthew 10

10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. I came not to send peace, but a sword. ... A man's foes shall be they of his own household."

10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.

10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

Violence and Destroying Families be ashamed.

  • I am not ashamed, and never have been. I know that we have a loving Heavenly Father and that he knows us, he loves us, he is always there. If we don't feel that it is we that have moved away from Him, not He that moved away from us. I will never be ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ!

  • I am not ashamed, either!

  • I am not ashamed, either :)

  • Being proud of ignorance?

It should be embarrassing to hold these absurd beliefs in the 21st century.

  • Why are these beliefs absurd? Because you don't share them? Because humans have so 'advanced' through scientific discovery as to make my spiritual beliefs obsolete? I am not uneducated, yet I am not embarrassed at what you call 'ignorance' ... I am not ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ!

  • This is a very encouraging video. So many of us are true believers in Christ, because He has changed our lives and we are not ashamed of Jesus Christ who has loved us so much.

  • On a crashing plane.

  • Let's play a game. Where is a place that there are no athiests?

  • Terrorist training camps.

    Trinity University

    The Bush Administration

The Vatican Council on Morals and Practices

  • I am not ashamed!

  • @WhyJesus

I agree. Keep everyone Christian in America, and then the atheists can party at the Large Hadron Collider, and find out how the universe really came to be!

  • 1 Timothy 2:11-12 (New International Version)

11A woman should learn in quietness and full submission. 12I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man; she must be silent.

  • Great message and Great ad on Fox News. Answers In Genesis is just simply AWESOME. The NCSE has nothing on AIG!!!!!!!!

  • Anyone should be VERY ashamed if they condone the words of the bible, jesus, and god. Christianity has such a dispicable message. Yes, you SHOULD be ASHAMED!!!

  • What is the despicable message? Please explain. If people want to twist it and use it for their own agenda then that's not God's fault. Some people will never understand what Jesus was all about. Love God and love people that

is what He was all about, but there is still so much hate - sad, sad, sad!

  • Are you kidding? Have you ever read the bible?

The god of the bible is a violent, evil, megalomaniac. He was not about love, he was invented by MAN to control the dull masses.

  • Yes I have read the Bible. And it is obvious that you understand nothing about it and simply judge it by your own fallen, limited ignorance. Ummm, I think It was Marx who invented a way to control (slaughter) the masses, not the Creator God of the Bible. God should not be judged by fallen so called "followers" who misunderstand or operate in ignorance of His infallible Word.

  • Oh no.. I was a die hard believer for 20+ years.

Your sky god commanded genocides in a good part of the OT. He commanded people be killed for working on the sabbath. To stone disobedient children, condoned rape, condoned and promotes slavery. Your god is EVIL.

If his word is so infallible, then why is there not a single shred of evidence that jesus ever existed outside the bible? Not one period document that mentions his name or the name of his disciples?

  • Umm.. It is obvious that you do not comprehend the fact that the Creator God is HOLY and must check sin. The OT is a lesson in fact that sin brings the Creator God's judgment. Bottom line, since HE IS the Creator God, He has every right to set the rules and to punish those who willfully rebel against the Authority of HIS Word. He will Judge this world whether people like you "believe" it or not. Your unbelief will never stop God's plan of Consumation from taking place. He judges rightly.

  • As far as evidence??? There is more evidence for the existence that Jesus of Nazareth existed then there is that Julius Ceasar existed. Read Josephus, and the Roman, Pliny for starters. Besides the Creator God's existence does not depend on people believing that He does; any more than my existence or yours depends on others believeing we exist. He exists and will bring holy, righteous judgment on all who hate and rebel against Him whether they believe in Him or not. Judgment is coming!

  • Josephus 'statement' in book 18 Testimonium Flavianum is a proven forgery that was added centuries after Josephus' death. Pliny never met jesus.

So, your 'evidence' is not even thin.... it's manufactured... a lie.

It's ok. Most christians don't want to know the truth. They are warm and comfortable inside the lie.

  • proven by whom an unbeliever??? On what basis? Did the "critic" find Josepehus' original writing an "saw" it wasn't there? What "century was it specifically added and by whom?? What? did this specious editor make a death bed confession? --"Oh yes, I made that entry into Jospehesus' work, me bad." Sorry but that "forgery" idea is what is the "manufactured" lie and I am surprised that you actually believe it.

  • Till not long ago, all we had were 3 11th century greek copies of Antiquities.

A 10th century arabic copy was discovered a while back. Josephus' testimony inside is GREATLY different than the 11th century versions.

The Christian Bishop of Caesarea, Eusebius, is most likely the guilty forger.

  • The Arabic copy is not "greatly" different than the Greek copies. In fact they also testify to the historicity of Jesus, even though it was probably redacted from the true Greek version to conform to the Islamic views of Jesus as only a good prophet. But they do infact acknowledge Jesus as historic.

  • Eusebius, is "most likely the forger" there is a strong factual statement that we can reject the Bible and Jesus on.

  • It is still meaningless. Josephus still never met jesus so all he has to say is irrelevant hear say.

Keep trying though. Just one period document with jesus's name or the names of his disciples from 10 bce to 35 ce is all I ask.

  • Well there is archaeological evidence for the Osuary Box containing the bones of "James" the brother of Jesus. from the first century. Plus Josephus IS contemporary with Jesus, and makes historic mention of Jesus in his Antiquities. That is a ligitimate period document whether YOU like it or not. Unless you were there.... you can't say who Josephus met or didn't meet. All of what you say is hearsay and only your opinion with no substantial fact so why should anyone accept what you say?

  • Another proven forgery.

Don't you follow up on these bits of 'evidence' that pop up and make claims?

No, Josephus was NOT a contemporary of jesus. Josephus was born in 37 CE (that is WELL documented) 2-7 years AFTER the supposed crucifixion so there is NO way they could have met. Even if they did meet, Josephus could be no more than a toddler and would have no recollection of the meeting.

    Feel free to keep trying.

  • Yes, 2-7 yrs is within the "same" time frame. A person can be born in 1947 and grow up knowing that Hoover, Roosevelt and Eisenhower were real presidents of the USA. It is the confirming testimony of living witnesses of the event that establishes contemporary fact along with documents. However, just because the period "documents" are rare does not mean the hisorical event or person is not real.

  • Then add another 20 years to grow up and get educated... then you are talking 22-27 years of hear say. None the less it is irrelevant.

Come on, all those healing miracles, walking on water, raising the dead, feeding thousands, etc, there should be at least hundreds of eye witness accounts of these astonishing miracles and you can't find ONE period document that mentions jesus's miracles or his disciples?

And we haven't even gotten to the contradictions in the 'infallible' book!

  • As far as God is love is concerned. The greatest expression of love was sending His Son Jesus Christ to die in our place at Calvary so that our sin, and sinfulness could be covered and therefore we can become accepted in God's Holiness and enter His presence when we die. Scripture says, "God commended His love toward us in that while we were yet sinners; Christ died for us." So that, we

"might be made the righteousness of God in him."

  • Hear say. No evidence. Never happened.

  • Yes, I have read the bible. Seems pretty incredulous that people would make up such a bizarre story over such a long time and perpetuate it too! And yet, God still is God whether we like the way He is running things or not! And, because God allows us free will people will still hate, envy, steal, fight and do all sorts of horrible things. God knows our hearts and that makes Him sad (so the bible says over and over again).

  • Sweet! I love this new campaign you guys are doing! Time to get God back into the Mainstream. Love you guys! -Aaron
