Nice video though, this plane is now C-GKUX and will be in my hands very soon as I'm an engineer at it's new home in Australia. these are a very safe aircraft and are used all over Australia for mine workers landing on unsealed strips every day of the year.
Good point, I wasn't paying attention. I thought it was a Q-400. Regardless, they have been very good aircraft for short haul commuter routes. I suspect now that after the Buffalo NY crash that killed all souls on board that these aircraft are gaining a reputation as deathtraps. I know I'd think twice about flying in one now.
