hey how deep was the water under your bungalow because i heard that the bungalows out further are best because they are over deeper water? and i am not sure what hotel i would stay at i was thinking this one because what you get seems really good for the price, did you pay alot?

i think its just mentalsatisfaction to get a bungalow in deep waters. You can get one in the middle, its equally good. Anyways, you can snorkel or kayak in deeper waters. Meridian is a grea choice, else you could go to Med, Regis or one of the interContinental properties. Prefer to sta in a hotel on outer reef (As Meridian)

My wife and I stayed here in 1999, we were in one of the over the water bungalos near the end. The glass floor is a great feature, you can turn on a light at night that attracts the sea life. The water was about 10 to 12 ft deep under our bungalow. There is a platform below the deck that you can swim from. It was great but the snorkeling was better on the other side of the island where there was more coral. I recommend shark feeding if you go.

Hey CH, the experience was fabulous. No complains what so ever, but try getting a premium bungalow towards the front of the resort. If you need any other help lemme know.
