Can someone help please? I have to include, in a database I'm building in Access 2007, a date of birth field that will flag up people who turn 20 years old. I have no idea how to do this, any help or direction would be most appreciated.

I am interested to know how do import my data from an Excel data file. Let me explain better, I have a data file with the information I want to convert into a data base. I thought Access will be better than Excel to manage my NGO Contacts.. How do I do that?.. Thank you in advance
