It's pretty easy to do that as well. I have a DV camera that clicks and you can hear it over the audio, so whenever I use it in a quiet area, I use my dictaphone for the sound and mute the DV sound when I edit the video. Could be quite a chore but for a simple Q&A video with no cuts, it's easy. :)
One more thing - at the end of the video I've seen some rugby players on the beach. Do You like rugby? I'm asking as a former rugby player :-) I wish I could see Your national rugby team in action! :-)
