for the throwing knife thing, you just melee, then hold the throwing knife button, and then hit triangle or Y. it cancels the animation, allowing you to melee faster

He's doing the flash-knifing trick that xcal utilizes with the shield. You melee, pull out the Throwing Knife, and then cancel it by hitting Triangle/Y. That lets you skip the animation and melee again.

Anyways, that was beast man. This guy fucking rocks!

@Malkris7 its called flash knifing. it cancels the bashing animation when you switch to your throwing knife and press triangle/Y to go back to your shield

@graysmoke12 its part of the game. what i was doing was hitting with the shield, then immediately pulling out my throwing knife, then pressing triangle/Y to switch back to my shield right away
