I am joining WW this week. I need to lose about 25 lbs. My sister has lost over 100 lbs with WW. She is now working for them as a receptionist. I found out that I have to be GF about 10 months ago. I gained about 30 lbs from meds and not knowing what to eat. I love the looks of your foods! I am the worst at meal planning and figuring out what to cook. Do you have a meal plan or recipes that you can share with me? Thanks so much!

OMG....I can say this is the BEST LOOKING ! Food I have seen in a food vlog. It is a very diversified menu plan. Best of all it is, reasonable, normal food. WOW ! I recently subscribed, did you say you do the simply filling filling foods plan ? I saw points plus on the video ? OH & are those thin rice cakes you make sandwiches out of ?
@wmbgcoupon Thanks! I did Simply Filling for almost two years and just last week switched back to counting points. They are called Corn Thins. I get them at Amazon but check your local health food store. I am gluten free and they are a great bread substitute. Two Corn Thins are only 1P+!
