@isaywuttimean143 what was your daughters hair texture before the relaxers? it will more than likely be that same texture. I transitioned for 9 moths and then shaved it down into a fade. i still had hair that was affected by the chemicals i had put in my hair and until they fully grew out i didn't get my full texture back.

Too cute:) I cant separate my twist with miss jessies products. The only way I can do that is when I use gel to do my twist. However, I will give it a try again or maybe stretch the miss jessies with aloe vera gel like kimmaytube, then maybe I will get a better hold for a twist out. Good job!

@iLikeMyBrownSkin My hair is very thick so the leave-in that I did spray did not make my hair wet or damp, it was still very much so dry. Maybe your definition of wet/damp is different from mines. Hair right after a wash is considered wet to me and hair that has dried for a while (between wet & dry) is considered damp to me. So I still consider this a dry twist out :)
