I have been a part of this city for all my life... it will return to its greatness, but not before its residents start to register as actual citizens (as in paying taxes as I do, car insurance as I do, voting as I do), and vote for politicians who are civic minded, not just trying to appease the churches... we have a long way to go, but we'll get there.
