@boffgirl Hey. Sorry, just got a question about MBD. My gecko is a rescue from a home that I know didn't house him properly or feed him properly. He was this boney, shy, pale mess when I got him. He's now got a healthy weight, hydrated, warm, everything. Anyway, I have no idea how old he is or anything. So if he is a juvy, and his diet was poor for the first year or so of his life, but at the moment he is not showing symptoms of MBD, may he still develop it?

@MyWorldIsPurple it is always a possiblity, my charlie who got it was only 6, she had the right warmth, she wasnt a big eater, but still ate healthly, sometimes if they dont take in enough calcium it can occure, or something else can cause it to develope. It prob a slim chance, but there is always a chance

@MrRuskee Yawning is pretty normal, i find that with frankie she yawns more when she has eaten. Like she shoved 3 crickets down her gob, swallows a few times then yawns. It prob some way of helping her get the food down or somthing. Cracking sound? maybe it was pyhsically making that sound, if i gecko broke it jaw it would look obvious.
