Yes, they probably are (but feel free to send me your sources). It's not possible to track for example blondeness with genetic charts, since that trait is not a function of single genes. I highly doubt that it's possible to track blue eyedness as well, since that is also the result of complex interaction between various genes (which we currently don't understand completely).
