VLOGing is hard because, well, no one just sits before a camera and talks free form.  News anchors and comics an of course actors work mostly from a pre-prepared and rehersed scripts (but of course YOU knew that already).

Maybe you would b more comfortable if you prepared an outline and spoke from that.
