  • EVACUATE THE DANCEFLOOR!!!!

  • lol, we did the same thing to a dock when we were taking pictures while we were scalloping XD the owners of the hotel and rental place were pissed!

  • Amazing how many screams this caused - for something that (fortunately for them) really didn't amount to much.

  • FAT PEOPLE ARE HEAVY!!

  • @fr33kSh0w2012 ....random

  • @missT0P YEP!

  • wow the guy that's laying back with the camera has no reaction at all lol

  • it was the fat girl screen right, white over black pants.

  • I've seen time and time again people getting they're picture taken-breaking stuff! Bridges, roofs, floors, decks, platforms, stages,etc.. Why no one thinks that a bunch of people aren't heavy is beyond me! The Golden Gate bridge has an up-ward arch even w/ traffic on it. With it full of people walking, however, it flattens out completely! Lesson; densely packed people are heavy!!!

  • lol - twats.

  • see i can laugh my ass off at this vid and not feel bad cuz noone got hurt . this is waaay 2 funny !!!! the way they scream and how everyone looks back and when the people run and then it stops and they all just stop for a momment.LOL

  • yeah but Israels wath like 10 times bigger than this

  • lmao I can watch this over and over again...

  • No one died? hmm in-ter-esting. . . next video!

  • least it wasnt tradgic as Isreals

  • HAHAHA ITHACA!

  • HAHA!

  • yeah, too bad you are still alive.

  • There was one large scream and then it got quiet.

  • Good thing nobody was injured

  • oh my lol

  • Where in the world was this?

  • OMG thats actually pretty funny compared to the wedding video...i'd hate to experience ANYthing like that!....it would shock me to death!

  • Laughing at the misfortune of others -- either instantly or even upon reflection -- shows a hidden disdain or even hatred toward others.

It ties in with Defoe's statement "All men would by tryants -- if they could."

If you want to know the inner person, see what makes them laugh, and smile -- not what makes them cry, and not what they say.

  • maybe in your own bizarre fantasy world where you are the pure hearted perfect king and everyone else is an inferior morally corrupt dangerous violent offender. please take pity on us oh great one.

  • No hardly. Im after power prestige and pussy too. Hows your sister?

  • Laughter in infants seems to be related to feeing suddenly safe -- for example, people will playfully raise a child in the air, or surprise them with the "boo" thing. The baby is first afraid even - then "suddenly safe" and a smile or laughter appears.

  • I didn't laugh when I saw it the first time. Its pretty damn accurate, actually, that laughter is a good lie detector, a good judge of a person. I've noticed over almost 60 years now that people who laugh at the misfortunes of others tend to be dangerous people with a high capacity to inflict harm on others, and excuse or justify it automatically.

  • The psychology of laughter -- laughter is the true lie detector.

It took me many years to realize this -- because some people can fake a caring nature. But the more I see how people are -- what people laugh at reveals a lot about themselves, and what they identify with.

People who have little or no empathy, laugh easily at the pain of others. And they are also the most dangerous - no matter how sweet they seem.

  • markdouglasc: well, people laugh at this instinctively when they see it for the first time. personally, when i recover from that initial reflex i wonder if anyone is hurt. if someone is hurt then i immediately feel bad for the initial laughter and i feel sympathy for whoever is hurt and compassion. if no one is hurt then i still think it's funny. no one got hurt here obviously, so this is funny as hell. i don't think your critique is accurate because i'm not a dangerous or cruel person.

  • How much do you want to make a bet that MarkDouglasC copied and pasted the above comment, lol!!!!!If he is that clever as to preach such a poetic and philosphoic view of us laughing at the pain we see in others, then what do you think would Freud do,lol????

  • What do I think of Freud?

Freud knew a lot by the time he croaked. He knew men were after the three P's -- power, prestige, and pussy.

He knew that men are like trained seals -- and women throw the fish.

And he know all men would be tryants -- if they could.

Trouble is -- I knew all that at 15.

  • wow, markdouglasc! you knew all that at 15! gee wilikers, mister, may you be so generous to grant me the honor of licking the bottom of your shoe? you can attach a collar and leash around my neck so my subconcious tyrannical dangerously violent self does not manifest and do you physical harm, oh pretty please will you?

  • laughing could also be a way to relieve emotional stress- even empathetic pain. the human mind is too complex to use that blanket and generalizing "laughter is the true lie detector" critique. that's just not accurate.

  • Now can you quote 'Braer Rabbit'?

  • That was good for a laugh! I wouldn't be surprised if some ithaca trolls came crawling out.

  • ahahahahaha

  • that was 2 feet!

  • This Almost Just Like In Israel Wedding When The Fourth Floor Collapse, People Died.

Imagen That The Whole Floor Collapse With All These People. This Shows Too Light, And The Israel Wedding Shows A Little Bit In The Dark. That Would Be Scary!=(

  • damn, hell yea dat shyt wud b scary

  • Do you think that perhaps they had that in mind when the floor started caving from under them? I mean, they reacted rather violently until they realized that it wasn't moving any further.

  • omg, that is soo terrible to say.

  • wow. and you caught it on tape.

    wow.

  • was kinda funny

  • luckily we were only about 4 feet off the ground. if i remember correctly, no one got really hurt aside from a few cuts and scrapes.

  • HAHAHA that was funny

  • Not as scary as a similar incident some months before.

    Search for Versailles Wedding Hall.

Did they not learn from that?

  • That wasn't due to an excess of people, but structural defects.

  • One of the contributing factors was the load of extra guests on the top floor.

This coupled with a banned construction method (it used thin floors) & removal of essential support columns made it give way.
