i dont believe that gene technology is far enough to create such a lifeform.

if it would be, we could manipulate the soldiers themself so that they dont need equipment like bulletproof vests and such

assuming this is true, many years ago i saw something about them doing experimenting on how to produce that spiders silk in such great amounts that they could use it to make bullet free jackets out of it. because the spiders themselves couldn't produced too little . however i think this is bad. we shouldn't mess with this since we don't have a clue what we might let loose
