Wait a minute.... How can it "move around a preprogrammed path autonomously"? Isn't the definition of autonomy more or less equal to "self governing"? Which would not be the case if it's preprogrammed. On the other hand; what is the self? and what is self governing? What is life?.... :D

i'm pretty sure it means that when it's pre-programed, it can go back and fourth then dock to charge, send another replacement for itself, then switch places by itself. so you can set a range of location and it can decide where to go next in that range.
