I had a pair of Black-headed caiques, and they LOVED to wrestle. They also loved to chase dogs, chew everything, and generally cause mischief. These are awesome pets.

lol no every parrot has a different personalities. caiques generally have a disposition that seems like they're on steroids, so this bird must be having a lot of fun. and i have owned parrots before.

In this video, he's not actually biting, just grabbing on with his beak, and it doesn't hurt at all. He's very very gentle unless he gets mad or scared and then it does hurt, but he does that on purpose!
Yes, he loves to play roughly. The shaking is very gentle (I know it looks a bit fast and rough in this video due to the resolution), and though he's preoccupied with the pen in this clip, he usually jumps up after a little wrestling and runs to me for more.

I love it when they just lay on their back and play with their feet. Im hand feeding one right now, and hes a complete maniac. Jumps at the syringe as soon as he sees it. Too cute.
He doesn't actually bite when he's playing like that, he's just grabbing with his beak. When he gets angry or scared, he does bite and it hurts, but that's not very often.

Yes, he was hand raised, and we've had him since he was 6 months old. His second birthday was just last month.
