Roberta Taylor sums it up. "It makes her feel safe". That's the horrible thing about a Tory Government. We are all watching our backs. We're at work, yet constantly wondering which member of Tory-voting top brass is going to deem us disposable. That Tory ethic is so epidemic it will spread from firm to firm. Whether they need cuts or not, they'll use the situation to slash staff and costs, pushing up unemployment figures. These things do not matter to the rich. The rich are the Tory voters.
I have always voted Labour and saw people switch to Lib dems which my family warned them If you vote for them the Torys will get in ...And it happend, and look who they have targeted the most vulnerable people and poorest familys and me being one its gonner be extreamly hard for me and my daughter to live.
@guinnessproduction m8 this isnt anythin nasty, but this teaches u a lesson, a vote for the liberal , is a vote for the tories. so learn and never again let the tories in :)
Great to see my comedy heroes being the voice of reason . As PatrickJamesUK says, we can well do without another 13 years of selfish Tory mis-rule (Incl Thatcher's lunatic destruction of UK manufacturing).
Ok they got more seats than they deserve (they don't deserve ANY). At least sensible Britain's got Baldrick onboard. He and Blackadder are experienced in hung parliaments and rotten boroughs, so let them run a campaign to wrest power from the cack-handed Spivs before they sink the country.
@Tingawinga5 . Doh! Do you think? Its called a party political broadcast. All political parties do it. As it happens, the content of this particular broadcast is spot on.
This isn't a dig at Labour, all the other parties have been doing it too, but I find it sad that people have to be told who to vote for by celebrities rather than voting on policies.
@lordwillm . What I find sad is that there exists in this country 3 or 4 newspaper owners. Their political views are the political views of their newspapers. Millions of people are told who to vote for by these individuals. At the last election, 11 newspapers backed the Tories, 3 the Libs and 1 (yes thats 1) backed Labour. The fact that Labour were not wiped out and the Tories did NOT win the election gives me hope that people are ignoring the newspaper owners orders to vote Tory.
@jacknapierr The CONsrvatives are absolutely destroying Britain. The worlds best economists...all of them..the best ones that is...said Labours handling of the GLOBAL economic crisis was the way to go and that taking Billions out of the economy via austerity cut at the wrong time would cause a double dip that wouldnt hurt the richest elites but destroy the futures of the working and middle classes...and guess what..they were right. Anyone who vote CONservative ..be ashamed
And I Knew About The pole Tax Ages Ago When Conservitive Where In Charge They Charged Scottish Just Scottish People For Water Etc And If You didnt Pay They Would Come To Your House And Take Away furniture To Pay It Off But If You Emailed Some Guy He Would Come With an Massive Group Of People To Surround The House And Wouldnt Let Them In To Get Your Furni Or Sumthin
this country has too many fools with short memories...forgetting the thatcher years....now unfortunately they are going to get what they deserve, cameron the liar in office...unfortunately we suffer with them
I have always voted Labour in previous general elections and there is no way I would switch to voting Conservative. So I have voted Labour in the general election.
I feel the country is better off under a Labour government than what the country would like under the Conservatives. This also goes for the Liberal Democrats.
Always voted Labour and voted Labour again today. Sure as Jo Brand has pointed out Labour aren't perfect but i think of Labour as i would a good friend. I forgive them for their mistakes because i know they are trying to always do the right things.
Good point about splitting the left wing vote. The fact is there are more left wingers in this Country so it would be unfair for us to be ruled by a bunch of right wingers.
Bill Bailey, Jo Brand, Liz Dawn, Leonard Fenton, Prunella Scales, Tony Robinson, Peter Guinness and Roberta Taylor explain why they'll be voting Labour on Thursday,...
i'm soooo torn! i really, really want to vote lib dem, i just agree more with their policies, but then again, i really don't want concervatives to get in and i don't have any qualms with their policies, i just think lib dems can do a better job...ohhhh! what do i doooo!
Wow, there's a lot of familiar faces here including Tony Robinson a.k.a.Baldrick, I also know that David Tennant is a Labour Supporter. Since I love Baldrick from Black Adder, I'll support Labour. =)
Please vote intelligently , remember whose party chairman is a tax exile, which group of people stands to benefit from changes in inheritance tax , yes I'm sure you've got £600k under the bed,..... you haven't well use your brains when you vote. Stop the Eton mess from destroying Britain, if Labour can't win where you live think!!!
The TORIES.. ..will NOT cut taxes for the middle classes. ..will NOT stop cuts in the nhs. ..will NOT regulate banks more strictly. ..will NOT stop big city bonus culture. ..will NOT reduce the gap between rich & poor (but will increase it). ..will NOT protect child tax credits. ..will NOT stop the spending tens of billions on war. ..will NOT invest significant amounts in British industry. ..will NOT give you electoral reform. TORIES = ELITESTS TORIES = SUPPORTED BY TOFFS & RUN FOR TOFFS.
The greenscreen on this is a bit amateurish, it's easy to see the remnants in hair and translucent clothing. Not to mention Liz Dawn's obvious reading of a script.
Before you vote ask yourselves where is all the money? A vast amount of wealth is being hoarded by the ultra wealthy as the World Wealth report 2009 shows. Will David Cameron funded by a billionaire redistribute a fair amount of this wealth? Not in 33,000,000,000,000(thirty three thousand billion) years! Inexperienced Nick Clegg ? No! Only Gordon Brown Has the guts and Personality to sort out the bankers and billionaires.

Hmmm, don't think your prediction was correct..
Gordon Brown should do the honorable thing and stand down, two times he'll take power without being voted into power. It's not democratic.
