@charliegirl6 I have to disagree - a melodeon is a _type_ of accordion, with its own unique features (small size, different notes on the push and the pull etc), but it's comfortably within the family. The French for a melodeon is 'accordeon diatonique', so they clearly class it as one. I play C-system chromatic button accordion myself (not particularly well, mind you) - and that's pretty different from the piano-type as well.

@annayaya: May be an Anglo/American variation but, in Britain at least, it's only an accordion if it plays the same notes in as out (push and pull), which you can tell by watching her bellow movements that is not, and button accordions tend to be larger than that (and have more than eight bass keys). Also, a melodeon's a hell of a lot harder to learn.
