  • My MacBook Pro (the new one) have the same problem!! Sometimes it just shut down! And its not so hot, and the battery is almost full !!

  • This video is a fake MACs never break never! LOL Should have bought a PC!

  • @Whitegamer009

    Yes they do.

  • thats why you buy mac book pro.

  • haha

  • Yeah, it was overheating, and I was pretty pissed at it at the time. But that was years ago, and has long-since been fixed under warranty. So now we're still having a beautiful, bit-rot free relationship, long after a Windows machine would have ground to a halt.

But thanks for dropping by anyway, and your kind offer of help :-D

  • @KarlOnSea thats not true windows last a long time i still have one from almost 15 years ago.... it broke 10 years ago though

  • did you have your battery all charged up?

  • Yes - and it's plugged in too.

  • can you give me some specs of your MacBook?

  • its a wonder why people who post Mac Problems

    get "Its Your Fault" postings.

    wow

do they have a hard time getting that sometimes a Mac Computer can fail? its a computer, and they do that.

  • Mistress Pinkytoes

As far as I'm aware, the MacBook Pro is much better / robust. The guy at the store I go to for all things Mac upgraded his from the MB to the MB Pro, and says it's the best thing he's ever done. Then again, this might have been a cunning sales ploy!

  • Of course he would say something like that, he sells apple products

  • Good for you. How you doing with all those viruses, spyware, BSoD, etc? ;-)

  • u probably dropped it it works fine and dandy for me

  • funnypeople999 - No this was a problem with early (pre-week 26/2006 production) Macbooks, which is now resolved. If yours is newer than this, then it *should* be working just fine!

  • The real thing is that Macs rule and you just shit on computers cause you can't work them right, Macs rule and you suck buddy......

  • I think that your fan is broken because the temperatures of the cores are very high and he won't start up again. Maybe go to the Apple Store and ask to test your fans.

  • Hi -

No, the fans were running just fine. In fact they were working really hard to try to keep the temperature down - shame it wasn't picked up by my camera's mic. Apparantly it's something to do with the heat sink (?), which has been fixed on all but the earliest MBs.

  • just hit it hard and it works like magic

  • Something's obviously defective.

  • That does suck, If Apple dosn't replace it I would take the video to the Apple store. Good Luck.

  • I want one but I don't want one with an intermittent problem Apple has hardly acknowledged.

  • well that sucks
