I am 22 years old I used to cycle everyday 60 kilometers and I was into swimming and running but then I got sick and have never recovered and it has been 1 year and 1 month since developing M.E. I am only young and I don't want this for the rest of my life PLEASE HELP US!!!!!

I'm a 29 y/o guy with upcoming CFS and my sister has been sick for 15 years. I know where I'm going and I can't help her well anymore soon.No one else takes her serious so it's really needed that someone comes up with a solution. Almost no doctor takes it seriousl so I haven't even bothered to visit a regular one because in my 15 with my sister I will just be labeled 'mentally sick'....it's hopeless apart from those people doing actual BIOLOGICAL research (like WPI for example
