correct me if im wrong but those rims look much darker than most other videos, almost similiar to the color of the WRX's stock rims, while a lot of other videos show the same rims as an almost bright aluminum or shiny finish

Nice car, but I would definitely ditch the spoiler - too much of a kiddy look to it and really isn't functional aerodynamically, unless you plan to go 100+mph in it on the high way. And rumor has it that the 2012 WRX STi will have a more powerfuly engine along with a body redesign... Hmmm. Decisions, decisions. I think I'll wait for the next redesign with the more powerfuly engine :-)

Do you like your car? I debating whether to buy one of these or a Mustang GT. I had an 07 STI and freakin love'd it, but I totaled it. I've heard mixed reviews about the 2011 STI though.

I could drive so fast on the roughest road in my 07. The mustang is a totally different car, I know, but I am older now and I don't know if I want the boy racer look anymore. I need some input from some actual owners.

For myself, I gave 25k and have the base model sti with fog lights, HID, and short shifter kit and I have to pay about 325$ per month for 4 years. Yea 38k for a car is a lot But WHAT A HECK OF A CAR DUDE!!!! Really happy of mine ( it's a blue rally one sedan) :D

@speedking69 I have an 11 limited - stock tune sucks! They only ship them over with that tune so they meet cali emissions standards. You get about +20% HP and TQ with stage one on the 11's since they have a better stock exhaust than '10. A shop protune will be even more (maybe 5-10% depending on how strong your individual car is and how good your tuner is). If I were you (and what I did) get the AP now for break in. The stock tune is really lean (for emissions), then protune after break in.

I just ordered a 2011 WRX in DGM and am trying to keep myself sane by watching youtube videos haha. Gotta say, DGM is a sweet looking color. It's not straight up black so dirt wont show as badly but dark enough to satisfy that aggressive badass look. Are you exhaust tips stock or did you get the SPT exhaust?
