  • love zumba!!!! so happy for you. when is your meeting day for ww? My zumba class at 24 hour fitness is on Saturdays.

  • i believe its on tuesdays and saturdays for ww. zumba for me is on mondays thursdays and saturdays lol. love that stuff!

  • i am so glad that you have changed your retrospect and that it's working out for you. I just started and getting tired of the treadmill and elliptical, but i also have this competition thing going for me right now. congrats on the weight loss.

  • Glad you are happier. Now I am in a pissy mood. Guess we all can't be happy. I have Zumba at my gym, but haven't tried it. I feel like such a screw-up. How is it that the postop people who haven't been exercising have now made it below goal at like 130's or 120's, and I can't move the feaking scale? It really is pissing me off. It's not freaking fair! Why do I have to work harder than them and get no results? AAARRRRRGGGGGGG

  • hey i know exactly how you feel! i'm right there with you! i have to work hard at it too. it's not just going to drop off anymore without hard work. it sucks! cheer up girly! you should try zumba it's so fun! I've been the in the 160's for almost 3 months now! and i know i don't belong here! we are not screw ups! look at how far we've come! we can do this!

  • OMG I LOVEEE Yoga.....my gym doesnt offer Zumba :( Hmph Keep Up the Good Work!!!! Its all about finding a way to keep on track and sane it seems LOL

  • i've been thinking about doing zumba too, they offer it free with membership at my gym (24hrfitness) i've also cut back my workouts because of what AJ said. i'm going only 4 days a week now for only 1.5 hours. as for a september date... hmmm that's a tough one.. let me know!
