yes leave it to 25 but u need alota dex items but if u really really wanta stay dexless and go for damage go for all luk items

For early lvls you shouldnt worry about dex but when you get to the 80+ your gonna need some dex items, in return for adding dex you get a high attack claw. Probably gonna need a zhelm, 15 ish dex shoes, 10 or so dex earrings, and a 20ish dex robe.
