um...no...where the hell did u get that idea? now in some breeds they are only born black, like friesians, but not even percherons (the breed of blacks and grays) have all black foals. now, a gray horse can be birthed any color, but as it gets older its gray in color, u can tell they r gonna b gray by the color around their eyes...so bottom line, not all foals are born black, hardly any are born black...
