This is the best series CVR EVER! I am a huge kicker fan, always have been. I have owned more kicker subs than three of my friends combined. I have never owned another 15'' subwoofer that sound better than this one. They handle well over 700 rms. I ran my Us Amps Xternimator 400x all day for years with no problem at all. If anybody has access to these send me a message please!
@RWL2011 are these better or at the same level as the new series? coz i'm about to buy 15'' this model but i'm not sure whether i should go for this or for newer model
well name-brand doesnt really matter at the moment. i was thinking about a amp that can do 800 watts max, and it can do 400 watts rms @ 2 ohms, which i have it wired at
@skatabeast13 anything that will do 500 rms give you a little extra rms so you dont have to distort the signal. As for what amp there are so many how much do you want to spend?
@SynysterMaggot it worked just fine the stuff in the port was just to show shit moving the box really isnt that ugly I have seen alot worse on youtube. And if you shit on my box you must have proof that you make better ones . check out my new setup
nice man they have some good excursion. What is that box made of? It looks like plywood.. You should always use MDF wood if this is not MDF. Good shit though they still sound good.
@wilsonweed123 thanks man the box is made out of mdf but i wanted to make a double baffle on the front and ran out of wood, so i used ply wood as the 2nd layer.
