In the first exercise u talk about getting a good burn in the back of the shoulder. When I tried this I was getting a sharp pain in the back of the shoulder. Not a good thing, correct? Any ideas?
I've been following the mwod's since day 1/365 and this one's my favorite so far. This was amazing after a big day of push press, push ups and pull/chin ups. I'm a huge fan. Thank you very much.
