So he was holding a student visa and didn't go to study, after that he got back holding a correct visa, i know some countries woudlnt' allow people back for at least few years, but he only been exclude for 11 months is that normanl in UK?

@thrillcka1 I think it's entirely at the discretion of the chief immigration officer at the relevant point of entry.. we don't seem to have any clear laws or rules for situations like this. Sometimes they will be blocked from entry for a set number of years, sometimes indefinitely, and sometimes like this where there's blatant deception and attempt to gain illegal entry by misuse of a student visa, they're granted entry by applying for the correct visa. It's quite ridiculous really.

@BritainDivided Since he's obviously cost the tax-payer money and based on comments others have said (that he is selling vegetables), is not highly skilled or contributing anything in the way of skills shortage in UK labour market, I can see no basis of why he should've been re-entry on a work visa. And surely on processing his 2nd visa they should've taken into account is deception with student visa and standing as a suitable citizen.

i can tell you he is still here in UK i have seen him personally if anybody wants to see him he is working at willesden junction station London on platform number 4/5 and he has his own espresso Coffey stall. I have spoken to him.How come they make false video and statement .

I work near willesden junction station my job is train service engineer i see him daily. He own that espresso shop and that video is of 2005/2006 i think as he said to me now he is british citizen. Its not only me lots of other people asked him as well and he said to me that he sent legal notice to TV channel not to show him on this program........... :)

I being a Pakistani student studying in London had a chance to go back and return to UK a few months ago. I had no trouble in clearing UKBA's interview. It was a two minute conversation with the officer and off i went pass the officer's desk. it was just because i had everything perfect. my suggestion to my Pakistani student is to regularly attend your classes, get your degree and make a good future for yourself.

@tkdleeds They have no intention of studying. Getting a student visa is the easiest way to get allowed into the UK on temporary leave and allows visitors to stay here longer than they would on a visitors visa. Hence why 10,000's of bogus "students" are flooding into the UK from India and Pakistan.
