Sure your eyesight gets worse from not using your muscles in your eyes, but looking at a screen all day without any protection at all will make your eyesight worse faster. It's not going to directly improve it... but after you are gaming for a long time and your eyes hurt, your reaction time tends to decrease. These glasses should maintain your reaction time rather than improve it.

The eye's response time decrease is only a problem is your brain is tired, not your eyes, so ,as long as you have some bread and water around, there's no need to worry. Of course many people who aren't accustomed playing are going to have some eye issues. And anyway, you don't need to buy one of those glasses, just ajust your monitor brightness and white temperature.

You can run Windows on it as well so yes the Mac supports actually more because it runs OS X and Windows 7. What else you got you little shit?

Gunnar Optiks are amazing. As a semi-pro gamer, I find my self spending hours in front of a monitor or TV screen. I always ran into the problem of heavy eyes and head aches after about 2 hours of practice with my team. Ever since I started using Gunnar optiks, my eyes have lasted longer and so has my brain. God bless Gunnar and I can't wait for the crystals.
