  • Ive got a GP1975. (Hmmm.... How did you guess?) Love it. NDS/ DC industries thick receiver plus a awesome g2 trigger. Had to lose the flimsy Tapco furniture though. Click on my homepage and theres a pic of it. At the time I got it (2008); I only paid 425- from Impact guns. Awesome value. (Dont let the the AK "experts" skew your oppinion of Century Arms. I have had really good luck with mine!)

  • I got a russian sks and it takes the same ammo. I got 5 cases of 1325 rds for $198 CAD.

  • How did the mag fit? Tons of wobble or did you get a good one???

  • YO!!!! Every hole on the human body is FUCKABLE so go fo it bro!!!

  • looks like a SAR3

  • This AK-47 is dirt cheap compared to other rifles out there on sale.

Best buy for me if it legal in my country...

Look at impactguns they got one below $500!

  • Hey Jeff to let you know AKs are supposed to be accurate up to 300 meters, or 985 feet, just to let you know.

  • cleaning rod?

  • this chinese, egyptian, american, black on black synthetic version of the ak, is a piece of shit it's all about the wood grain

  • are you jewish

  • I picked up the same AK it's pretty sweet. Put all different furniture on it though for me that stock was super skinny

  • fire two 30 round mags through that rifle and then tell me if you like those shitty tapco hand guards trust me from experience wood is ten times better than that shitty cheap tapco furniture!!!! Those hanguards will turn into the consistency of silly putty after any kind of prolonged rapid fire!!!!

  • @will4918 You're right about that. I have this same rifle and if I rapid-fire 3 full mags through it one after another, the handguard gets almost too hot to touch. I did at one point have a quad rail handguard and while it didnt heat up as badly as the factory tapco handguard, overall the quad rail was junk, I couldn't get it to not crimp the gas tube unless I left it unacceptably loose. So now I am back to the tapco plastic, but really wanting a set of wood furniture.

  • @will4918 too damn true!!

  • constitution is only as strong as the people who enforce it, patriot act is still creepy , you can say what you want everybody should have a fair trial, and I think its in your Constitution, so thats another FAIL.

  • @Pocok4

"constitution is only as strong as the people who enforce it."

Point taken, point agreed. My point is the people(we the people) are ultimately responsible for upholding it and demanding that it be enforced. We the people, in spite, anger and hatred, refused to do so.

"you can say what you want everybody should have a fair trial,"

    Everyone in the U.S. does.

"and I think its in your Constitution, so thats another fail."

  • @Pocok4 Our constitution has NEVER been used to grant rights to enemy combatant aliens in other countries captured by U.S. soldiers? That isn't in our constitution either :).

  • @illogicalmethod

the problem is you dont have to go abroad, johnny can be an enemy combatant too from the block, do you see the problem?

  • @Pocok4 "the problem is you dont have to go abroad, johnny can be an enemy combatant too from the block, do you see the problem."

I see the problem, I acknowledged the problem. I then pointed out to you that the problem existed well before the patriot act. I then attempted to explain the problems when people assume that we are a democratic country and not a constitutional republic. Why you've ignored my statements is beyond me =) . You'll find that I agree with you on some things...

  • @Pocok4 ...though I disagree as to what you are asserting. When the constitution is upheld by the people(this does not need to be a majority of people, merely a few people with a strong backbone), the rights of the people, OF ALL people are protected. There is much solid evidence of this very thing happening, THROUGHOUT history. Or do you really believe that blacks gained freedom through the majority rule? That women were allowed to vote via the majority rule? That gun rights were restored

  • @illogicalmethod

so ou say there is nothing to worry about everything will be fine, and I can go sleep now?

  • @Pocok4 "so ou say there is nothing to worry about everything will be fine, and I can go to sleep now."

LOL, whether they will be fine or not is not a prediction I am going to make. China can invade the U.S. tomorrow for all I know. However, I WILL say that things aren't as black and white as you try and make them seem and that people of the government aren't all puppets or "fake dueling" as you call it. That constitutionally flawed laws and policies are always enacted and are always being..

  • @Pocok4 ... by some of the very people you accuse of being puppets of the banks or what have you.

  • @Pocok4 to Washington D.C. residents via majority rule? Think about this, Obama himself SUPPORTED the D.C. gun ban and it was STILL over-turned. There are multiple laws and regulations that have been and will be over-turned. There are actions that were taken by the Government that were since ruled as unconstitutional and over-turned. There are multiple things that have been over-turned and people who have been protected. People actively fight and get things over-turned by the gov EVERY day.

  • @illogicalmethod

    but gov is leading (winning)

  • @Pocok4

The Gov. does not have absolute power. People have retained and even gained more rights against the Gov. even where the gov. has made much the same attempt of trespasses(with more restrictions) already stacked against them and having to specifically spell out what constitutes an enemy combatant, where as before a simple announcement by the president was ALL that was required to lock up over 100,000 citizens without trial and declare them enemy combatants.

  • how long is this debate going on? 2-3days?

    let history judge us:)

by the way its 1:13AM here.

  • you are like a duracell adv. you wont ever stop right?

  • you cant be convinced, can you? I could bring up any evidence it wont matter you because you know better,

  • @Pocok4 You have not, nor will you, bring up evidence. You fail to convince me because you fail to resort to anything but baseless conjecture. An assertion of something is not condemning, damning evidence of anything. It is an assertion.

  • @illogicalmethod

you live in the evidence Sir!

if you dont accept it you dont accept reality, and with that sentence we can and this debate, if somebody else will read the comments they will decide wich one they like.

  • @Pocok4

"you live in the evidence Sir!"

    Heh..

"if you dont accept it you dont accept reality,"

Just because I do not accept your opinion of what reality is, doesn't mean anything, other than I disagree with you on opinion. Opinion that you seek to establish as fact, without actual factual backing of such.

  • @illogicalmethod

i gave you enough facts, you say they are not facts well thats your opinion, again you cant or dont want to handle the truth.

  • @Pocok4 "i gave you enough facts,"

You've gave me a few factual events, with your opinion as to what was going on and asserted that to mean something for which you have no actual evidence to tie into. I.E. Your assertion that the Government are all puppets or this gem "Obamacare fake dueling". Whatever "fake dueling" is supposed to mean, it is your assertion, absent factual evidence of what is happening. It is not factual, it is your opinion.

  • @illogicalmethod

fake dueling means iam bashing you all day but at the end of the day we go together to the pub.

the only problem is what you say that evidence is obviusly what do you want signed paper from the bad guys yes we have done this and this? for me its enough evidence to see the cause and effect, monetary policy, foreing policy, rise of police state, patriot act, and so on, these are all evidence, you will never get a signed evidence from everybody.

  • @Pocok4 "fake dueling means iam bashing you all day but at the end of the day we go together to the pub."

Uh, you don't understand sarcastic rhetorical questions, do you? I know what "you mean", my literary "roll of the eyes" was in response to your position that the dueling is fake.

  • @illogicalmethod

you wrote: Whatever "fake dueling" is supposed to mean

sorry but where is here the sarcasm, maybe I dont understand sarcasm in english:)

  • @Pocok4

Perhaps you don't. Perhaps I should of put a "sarcasm" indicator in brackets so you would of known, without further explanation, that my comment was sarcastic and a rhetorical question.

  • @Pocok4

well I see why we disagree, you belive in the gov or partly you do, and i dont, i dont trust any gov especially yours not , sorry.

for me there is enough evidence, you can wait for more(hope not)

  • @Pocok4

by the way in one thing you have 100% right , I can write whatever I want if You would accept it 100% nothing would change im only a keyboard warrior, who likes to name things like they are, but that wont change anything.

  • @Pocok4 This is the problem, the government is not "one entity". I don't need to trust "The gov" as a whole, for me to understand the reality that not everyone in the Gov. is bad and/or that the Gov. is out to get me, in general. Your mileage may vary... However, being so distrustful of the Government IS paranoia. Oh and by the by, I am one of those "tea party" members, registered Libertarian.

  • Comment removed

  • @illogicalmethod ive never personally witnessed the government making right the wrong that has been put on me and the ones i love and it was at the hands of the judicial system, our government has endlessly and consistently failed us, we have been given no reson by the government, to trust the government therefore why should we trust them that doesn't make us paranoid. i could do more for this country planet than anybody else on this planet, im a thinker, a solver, a listener, and to you, nobody

  • @SeizeYourFace

    Is illiteracy an epidemic?

"ive never personally witnessed the government making right the wrong..."

Irrelevant, I've never personally witnessed space flight, either.

"... it was at the hands of the judicial system."

What did the "judicial system" do to you?

"our government has endlessly and consistently failed us.."

Our Gov. has failed us on many things, they've also came up for us a lot. Gov. is not one entity, in fact, legally, there's multiple branches..

  • @SeizeYourFace

"we have been given no reason by the government, to trust the government"

Again, illiteracy, I never said to trust the Gov. Seize, there's a difference between mistrust of the Government and thinking that everyone in the Gov. is out to get you. That is not so, not one person here could genuinely establish that as factual or even close to it.

"therefore why should we trust them.."

    Never said trust them.

  • @illogicalmethod okay first off there's very little wrong with the way i read or write, i'll have you know i graduated in the top 98% in reading and writing in the class of 2004. beyond that i never said "you said"...anything. in response to what you asked i will probably never amount to anything, and not for lack of trying, if you knew me you would know this to be true. i have to rely on the people around me to give me opportunity in order to seize it, look what happened to John Dillinger

  • @SeizeYourFace

"... i will probably never amount to anything..."

    Does not surprise me much.

"..and not for lack of trying."

    Is it?

"i have to rely on the people around me to give me opportunity in order to seize it.."

Excuses, you don't rely on other people, you either get up and do something, or you sit back and wait to be given hand-outs you don't deserve.

"look what happened to John Dillinger.."

What happened to others is irrelevant........ Geez.

  • @illogicalmethod landed a decent job today that might get me out of a rut, somebody offered the job i took it, but i had to be offered the job in order to accept also you can apply for jobs all you want without someone hiring you, nothing again relying on someone else you rely on someone else for your paycheck most likely and im just saying you cant just rob a bank and get away with it john dillinger is case in point (relevance) you pretend to have all the answers and have not 1 educated gueses

  • @SeizeYourFace "but i had to be offered the job in order to accept.."

You also had to seek it out, earn the qualifications that you could take the job. You still had to depend on you.

"... you can apply for jobs all you want without someone hiring you.."

... and you can put ideas together and start your own business, or some other scheme to get rich. As Americans can and have done multiple times through-out history.

    "...again relying on someone else.."

    Only to a point.

  • @SeizeYourFace

"... and im just saying you cant just rob a bank and get away with it."

Never said you could, genius. Why interject such a fallacious argument? You seem to equate that the only way a person can earn money, without depending on someone else, is to go steal it. Heavily falsified, people do for self all the time. If you can't find a job, but you are as smart as you claim, where's your innovation? Where's the change that you could bring to the world?

  • @SeizeYourFace Please don't give me any crap about you needing to rely on someone else, either. If you're that creative, that intelligent and can solve so many of the world's problems, start preaching on youtube. Do videos, people have become famous and made money through their youtube videos.

"you pretend to have all the answers and have not 1 educated guses"

Actually, no, I never claimed to have all the answers. You're the one that claimed to be the problem solver...

  • @SeizeYourFace Yet you then admit to not being able to do anything, or go anywhere and that you'd not amount to much. What I've wanted in life, I got up and went after it. What I got in life, is directly related to me doing much. If I truly want to do something, I'll do it. Am I dependent upon other people for a pay-check? Sure.. I'm as equally dependent upon my ability to do the work that they need done. Will I be losing my job anytime soon? No, because the people who hire me are...

  • @SeizeYourFace ... as dependent upon me for their earning potential. I've made myself valuable where I CHOOSE to work. So, I hope the job works out for you and that you pull yourself out of the rut. I hope that you figure out that the world doesn't owe you shit, not your Gov., not your neighbors, not your employers. I hope that you learn that you have to earn your keep, yourself and that YOU are the only one you can rely on.

  • @illogicalmethod well said but unfortunately the job a got was too much bullshit to go into now the guy owes me roughly 175 dollars and im not even sure if i have a way to collect i can make a zero emmissions car and save energy the world over millions and millions of ideas and all the wrong people to listen some of the people who have that kind of money reluctant to listen even ignoring people the world over are stupid and they will continue to be stupid K.eep I.t S.imple S.tupid K.I.S.S.

  • @SeizeYourFace "...... that doesn't make us paranoid."

No, what makes one paranoid, is when one believes that no one in Gov. is doing any good and that everyone in Gov. is out to get others. That is a fallacious sentiment and it DOES amount to paranoia.

"i could do more for this country planet anybody else on this planet..."

Talk is cheap, really if you feel frog, just leap. Don't sing about it, be about it. If you can make such an awesome change, do it.

  • @SeizeYourFace .."im a thinker, a solver, a listener, and to you, nobody.."

Most people fancy themselves as something great. Again, if you're "somebody" prove it. Real people aren't on youtube as faceless entities doing diddly squat, they're out making the changes they profess they can, where they can, when they can, however they can.

What's your name, what state are you in? So I can keep a watch on the news and see just how much of a difference you can make.

  • if you wish to continue this debate You should not post 13comments at once, you are free to do so, but its not easy to answer to all in a way that they can be processed by all, its only idea.

  • @Pocok4

i left (an) at the end.

  • the overspending part is my fav, was you ever in Europe? most Europeans are very eco, by the way the bank crashes in Europe was mainly the fault of wrong investment policy on the side of the banks, not the people so the problem is not that every people are in debt to the banks, but that the banks are in debt to other banks and companys, wich the state have to bail out from our money, that doesent sound fair, but when the people need money the banks say oh sorry its all.

  • @Pocok4

"the overspending part is my fav, was you ever in Europe?"

Irrelevant, "was you" ever in the U.S.?

    "Most Europeans are very eco.."

That is irrelevant to the conversation. We're not talking about the average European, we're talking about the Gov. genius.

Greece, Italy and Iceland are amongst many European unions that have a debt greater than their GDP, U.S. while we have a large debt in terms of dollars, DOES NOT and I repeat DOES NOT have near as much debt..

  • @illogicalmethod

you are near or over 100% debt compared to your gdp, only Japan is in worse shape, but they dont have a military monster too feed and they dont wage war, so they can hide it they are smart enough.

i wasnt in the US ever but we do have in EU more info over you than vica versa, and we are less brainwashed in schools, so we can "do the math", gov is for the people by the people remember?

they cant be split or you have a nice fake democracy like you, i have to admit we are far

  • @Pocok4

In Public Debt, Iceland is 123%, Greece 144%, Italy 119%, Belgium 102%. External debt? Yep, those same countries have it, as do other countries running at or near 100% of public debt versus their GDP... That's not even getting started.

"i wasnt in the US ever but we do have in EU more info over you than vica versa.."

This is called conjecture, it is baseless. In such it is your nationalistic arrogance that causes you to make this statement and not fact and certainly not personal...

  • @illogicalmethod

As of February 28, 2011, the Total Public Debt Outstanding of the United States of America was $14.19 trillion and was 96.8%

and because you have a bigger hardware to run that level is more dangerous than in like in small iceland.

Other Eu countries have the hole Euas a back up , you have only china, if im arrogant thant you are dirty harry on acid

  • @Pocok4

Running a deficit and debt is BAD, regardless of what you have to back you up, regardless of what you don't have. With that said and with your comments regarding the U.S. of A. If we have a strong GDP than we are in a better position to fix the debt, people in our FED are actively TRYING to get it so that we cut down on spending.

As far as other points, your point still does not compute. We have a 96.8 percent debt to GDP? Where as countries have well over a 100 percent...

  • @illogicalmethod

look it up its wide known that you cant pay it back (debt) because its matematically impossible, you can cut as much as you want it wont work , by the way you shouldnt start cutting if, on the people, you should start at military(1000billion\year)

  • @Pocok4 You're still trying to rock an argument based upon the country in question and not the practices.

  • @illogicalmethod

    really?

  • @Pocok4 experience which could help you, at least somewhat, validate the veracity of your accusatory diatribe. Even then, your claims are false. The U.S. does have, via internet access, cable and satellite receptions just as much info, if not more so, than a good bit of the world. Whether individual citizens and residents utilize any of that information at hand to draw a conclusion or not is irrelevant to the fact that it is there and it is available.

  • @illogicalmethod

so if you never read a book but you have the book at your home on he regal is ok,its the same, yeah sure.

  • @Pocok4

If I have the book on my shelves, your assertion that I don't have it available or haven't read it is baseless conjecture. That's it, that's all.

  • @Pocok4

"and we are less brainwashed in schools." - Another tid-bit of conjecture, which would lead me to conclude you are perhaps a bit irrational. To substantiate a claim of "less brainwashed" you'd have to prove that I am brainwashed to begin with. Defending certain aspects of my country does not indicate brainwashing, if it did, by your own volition, you are equally, if not more brainwashed, as you're the one that has asserted a moral high-ground based upon your mere presence...

  • @illogicalmethod

your logic is false, im not on a moral high ground you are saying things that arent true 100% or you try to put in them in a false light, im only trying to put things in a way they are, if you cant handle the truth sorry.

  • @Pocok4

You are on a moral high-ground, I could make this case to a jury and prove it in under 15 minutes.

"You are saying things that aren't true 100%."

Either what I'm saying is true, or it isn't. You've asserted things that are your opinion and wish to substantiate them as fact. Which is logical fallacy.

"im only trying to put things in the way they are.."

You are asserting your opinion of things as YOU see it. This does not equate to fact or how things are.

  • @illogicalmethod

plese dont say you are a lawyer, because thant i would need an aspirin I think

no, things arent just black or white sorry there is grey too

just one exemple you say you dont have to read a book only if needed for a specific information, but if you never read one book or search for infos on other places like internet, or library how do you no what you need, you cant search for something that you are not aware of, thats called basic knowlage.

  • Válasz a videóra...

politicans and the media always tells partly truhts, if you deny this I say it again you are not that smart.

and you keep telling the same shit like your media and politicans thats the problem.

  • @Pocok4 ... in a region or country. By that same token, you've asserted my fallibility and sought to discredit me, merely by my being American. Not like I expect anything better, again, I almost always expect Non-Americans to launch a tirade of hate against the U.S. with all sorts of ambiguous accusations regardless of actual knowledge as to the truth of the statements being purported.

  • @illogicalmethod

im not hating america im only hate silly people who defend bad things, if you defend the FED or your banking system, or your foreign policy, you are not that smart trust me.

  • @Pocok4

I never defended the FED, the banking system or the foreign policy. If you can't deduce that much, than you aren't smart enough to state anything. Play again.

  • @illogicalmethod

    you havent?

you sad its ok to have bases in 150 foreign country

you sad your banking system and the fed did not bankrupted the world

    is your memory that short?

  • @illogicalmethod

im not trying to discredit you surly not because you are american, but i wont shut up only because you think youre are right , you sound a bit paranoid

  • @Pocok4

I sound paranoid and uh, you're the one asserting one world Government or puppet Governments with no hard evidence. I've examined the (lack) of evidence produced to date and thoroughly rejected your arguments on the idea that you don't have basis to support your rhetoric. Paranoia is baseless or excessive suspicion of others.

You fit the definition of what you, yourself have called me.

  • @illogicalmethod

"I've examined the (lack) of evidence produced to date and thoroughly rejected your arguments on the idea that you don't have basis to support your rhetoric."

are you getting paid to write such bullshit, no evidence really?

your whole gov and bankingsystem is highjacked, thats not enough evidence for you?

your country is bakrupt, the whole planet is bankrupt, what do you think what will happen next when no other is left to lend?you are pathetic

  • @Pocok4

"they cant be split or you have a nice fake democracy like you,"

Uh, U.S. is supposed to be a constitutional republic, not a "democracy". The difference is, in a constitutional republic, all authority to the government is specifically spelled out in a document. All rights of the people are recognized and protected and recognized in that same document. People get to vote on our Gov. based upon whats spelled out in the constitution. Democracy? pff.

  • @illogicalmethod

in the EU we have constitutions too, a constitutional republic can be democratic is that new for you?, so america is not a democratic country, well another true point from you,

funny name for your democratic party than.

by the way you have no constitution or bill of rights left since the patriot act, if gov say you are a bad guy you get nothing , zero right, thats your new con republic,

  • @Pocok4

Democracy is rule by omnipotent majority. In the U.S. of A. the majority can vote "for a president" and STILL LOSE THE ELECTION. John Quincy Adams, Ruthorford Hayes, Benjamin Harrison and George W. Bush all of whom lost the popular vote but won the election, because they had more of the electoral vote.

  • @illogicalmethod

"all of whom lost the popular vote but won the election, because they had more of the electoral vote."

there is another name for this its called cheating thats no republic or democracy sorry.

  • @Pocok4

That is not cheating(wth?), do you even KNOW how elections in the U.S. of A work? This is all spelled out in the Constitution of the United States. How it's possible and how it works is easily understood with even a cursory glance at the relevant sections of the constitution.

  • @illogicalmethod

I understand how your elections work, electors can be bought thats the problem, in 2000 I think you had to recount votes twice in florida, al gore was the opponent to bush, its an open secret that gore won that day, whatever he wold have been no big difference either.

who was the gowernor at the time in florida was his name bush too? no shit?

  • @Pocok4 "I understand how your elections work"

    Apparently you dont.

"electors can be bought thats the problem."

These electors still need to act within the law of the constitution.

"In 2000 I think you had to recount votes twice in florida."

Because there were problems, acknowledged problems, with the ballot. Those acknowledgements came from both parties.

"al gore was the opponent to bush, its an open secret that gore won that day, whatever he wold have been no big difference either."

  • @illogicalmethod

from both parties yeah democrats:cheater! republicans:no we are not!

  • @Pocok4

Al Gore did not win the election, this was decided upon multiple recounts. Al Gore was announced as the winner of the polls in Florida before the polls were even closed and before the final tallies were even close to being reported. As far as problems with the votes in Florida, discrepancies and problems have been drummed up on both sides. George's brother being Governor of Florida is irrelevant.

  • @illogicalmethod

yeah everything is irrelevant in your view thats your finish line

  • @Pocok4 His brother did not personally set up ballots, did not count the ballots, recount the ballots or authenticate or deny any ballots. Some ballots were disqualified and some weren't, by republicans. Some votes were sought to be disqualified by democrats and were, some weren't. (shakes head).

  • @Pocok4 "Funny name for your democratic party than."

This is a logical fail. We have a REPUBLICAN party as well, we also have a socialist party(does not mean our Gov. is socialist) or utilizing your logic, we have Libertarian parties and other "independent" parties. That does not mean that our Gov. is any of the sort. All a party is, is a group of political bodies that try and navigate the rules in place by the constitution, in order to get their individual view points and ideologies...

  • @illogicalmethod

    playing with words

the truth you dont have any party, you have only the FED, banking system, wallstreet and a ruler class, thats all you have+2 fake partys

by the way when did socialist party get enough votes last time? oh never? pardon me.

you write too much my fingers hurt.

  • @Pocok4

    "playing with words"

    Not at all.

"the truth you dont have any party"

Sorry, the existence of multiple parties with different ideologies automatically invalidates your statement.

"you have only the FED, banking system, wallstreet and a ruler class."

More pointless and baseless conjecture, in absentia of actual facts(not surprisingly, you resort to making crap up)

  • @illogicalmethod

now im tend to belive that you are paid to write here, multiple parties with almost the same policy yeah right that a big difference, even robert gates stayed in place despite of adminsitration change thats a big difference really.

  • @Pocok4

"now im tend to belive that you are paid to write here,"

If you stumble across my paycheck, please forward it here. Must of got lost in the mail.

"multiple parties with almost the same policy."

Each party has different policies. Not "almost the same" at all. Perhaps you're ignoring the multiple fights in the news of Obamacare, taxes and multiple other things that are constantly plaguing the head lines of the news. Including the refusal of both parties....

  • @illogicalmethod

same foreing policy if not more agressive, worse monetary policy with the feds bianco checks.

obamacare fake duelling, let me know if the 50mllion without insurence have a medical care.

tea party=people waking up, hope its not too late.you are asleep unfortunatly..

  • @Pocok4 "same foreing policy if not more aggressive, worse monetary policy with the feds bianco checks."

Heh, well at least I can agree with you that Obama represents no real change. Not on the basis that he's purposely in cahoots with anyone, willingly or unwillingly a puppet or any other unsubstantiated fact.

  • @Pocok4 ... to work with each other. Let me rephrase that, both dominating parties refusal to work with each other. Oh and the elections of tea party candidates/independents in states and people starting to push for accountability in our Gov. Must of skipped over all that, right?

  • @Pocok4

"by the way when did socialist party get enough votes last time?"

Remind me since when does the amount of votes validate or invalidate the existence of a party? Answer? It doesn't.

  • @Pocok4 ..put into law. Laws that STILL have to adhere to the Constitution of the United States of America. As such, if the majority voted that a 24 year old from India was president, the majority vote could NOT and would not hold against the constitution and that election, no matter how popular, would still be null and void because it would be ILLEGAL under our Constitution.

  • @illogicalmethod

how constitunional is the patriot act?and please dont lie.

    everybody knows the answer.

  • @Pocok4

"how constitutional is the patriot act? and please dont lie."

I don't understand the point of your question, I didn't claim the patriot act to be constitutional.

    "everybody knows the answer."

Congratulations, that does not mean that the constitution and bill of rights is totally abolished or suddenly non-existent. Thanks for playing.

  • @illogicalmethod

Congratulations, that does not mean that the constitution and bill of rights is totally abolished or suddenly non-existent.

no it only means it can be suspended when ever it needed by the gov.

  • @Pocok4

"no it only means it can be suspended when ever it needed by the gov."

False, it means that there is temporarily a law that can violate certain aspects of the bill of rights/constitution" as such laws have gone on and off the books for years, with people in the gov. fighting to get laws like that repealed and over-time, many times, successfully, sooner or later.

  • @Pocok4 "by the way you have no constitution or bill of rights left since the patriot act."

False, the patriot act is a big slap in the face to the bill of rights, but it has not made null and void the constitution, though some peoples rights have been trampled through it, as well as other laws. Gun rights(second amendment rights) have been IMPROVING despite your assertion that the bill of rights is null and void :).

  • @illogicalmethod

    gunrights are not all

if you have not the right to a fair trial you are pretty much fucked up , they can make you dissapear, is that what your constitution say? I dont think so. FAIL

  • @Pocok4

    "gunrights are not all"

No, but their consistent expansion flies in the face of the claims that the bill of rights are disappearing. It is but one example of many to dispute the argument that such is the case.

"if you have not the right to a fair trial you are pretty much fucked up, "

Even the right to a fair trial doesn't guarantee anything, however, I still have a right to a fair trial. Millions of people who break the law or are accused of such, have the right to a fair trial.

  • @illogicalmethod

Millions of people who break the law or are accused of such, have the right to a fair trial.

only if the gov doesent say something else than ypu have no rights, and thats the problem wich you wont accept, that you depending from the gov not from the law.

  • @Pocok4

"only if the gov doesent say something else than ypu have no rights, and thats the problem which you wont accept, that you depending from the gov not from the law."

What utter nonsense are you spouting now? I have a right to a fair trial, regardless of what portions of the Gov. say. People have been granted new trials RECENTLY, because it was decided that they didn't have a fair trial the first time.

  • @illogicalmethod

patrioct act says if you are enemy combatant you have no rights and an enemy c. can be everybody, an american citizen too, so you dont understand the problem, you dont have to be enemy it enough if the gov says so and your are done.

  • @Pocok4

    patriot not patrioct sorry

  • @Pocok4

"patrioct act says if you are enemy combatant you have no rights"

You don't have any rights granted by the constitution, if you are an enemy combatant. The next problem though is the fact that an American citizen can be detained as a enemy combatant. This is NOTHING new and certainly not something that was only established by the patriot act.

"so you dont understand the problem, you dont have to be enemy it enough if the gov says so and your are done."

  • @Pocok4 The problem is, I DO understand the problem. Your problem is, is that you believe that things can only be done if the Gov. say so. In the days after 9/11, ALMOST everyone was on board with the ideas espoused in the patriot act. The fact that the constitution was not used to immediately repel the acts is deplorable, I'll give you that. With that said, it was not merely a government implementation.

  • @Pocok4 The majority of the population was behind the changes. There was not many people willing to denounce the position of the Government. As is what happened with Japanese-Americans during WW2 and thus the problem with democracies is underscored by this example. Again, as I said, our country is a constitutional republic, but unfortunately sometimes the constitution is ignored, because people have passed off that we are simply a democracy.

  • @illogicalmethod

in a democracy there is a constitution we have one to and its very similar to yours, the problem in your country is that most people are in a deep sleep.

  • @Pocok4

"the problem in your country is that most people are in a deep sleep."

I'd have to agree with this. There are a lot of people who are intellectually defunct. Hmm.

  • @Pocok4

"they can make you dissapear, is that what your constitution say."

    Eh... (shakes head).

    "I dont think so. FAIL'

Need a dictionary, need a definition in order to properly utilize the word fail? I've not failed once.

  • @illogicalmethod

    from perfect either,

if you are eco, and dont wage war, and the banskters doesent steal 20trillion now thats relevant I think, unfortunatly they stole 1-2 trillion here too but not with a bianco check like FED gave in the US.

  • @Pocok4 In terms of incoming/outgoing money.

"by the way the bank crashes in Europe was mainly the fault of wrong investment policy on the side of the banks."

Yeah, it was wrong investment policy here, as well. Unless of course, you don't understand what an investment is. Amongst other things.

  • @illogicalmethod

there is a difference if its your investment or the banks, its not the same

  • wow, looong comments, did I made you angry?, sorry was not my intention.

No I am not all knowing but you are hopelessly brainwashed, you sounds like a dude from ABC news, all your wellth is a debt to other countrys mainly china so USA is basecly bankrupt, thats your virtual wealth, if China wouldn't lend money you wouldnt even be able to fuel military hardware.

And the problem is you are to proud to see things a bit different , once you overthrow a foreign country and corrupt politicans are

  • @Pocok4

in place you dont need to much effort to keep up the system, and the foreing troops in "few countries" well thats 150 countries at the moment.

And you dont have to be the biggest to bring down the economy system on a planetary scale, its like sand in the gearshift hope you understand the analogy.

  • @Pocok4 LOL, you don't need much effort to keep up the system? You must have a lot of countries taken over, for you to advise as to how "easy" it is. Especially when it's generally acknowledged that it's still a challenge in Afghanistan and Iraq, where new Governments have been already put into place.

"And you don't have to be the biggest to bring down the economy system on a planetary system."

No, you pretty much do. If you're a drop in the bucket, you won't affect much.

  • @illogicalmethod

in afghanistan there is no real gov, its only a puppet one even to call them that is an overstatement, "keep up a system politically", what you refer is the military side, you need military force where there is no corrupt politicans you can buy, only tribal powers.

well i wouldnt call the usa a drop in the bucket, but if you want to do so you are free to go.

    you neither are the bucket:)

  • @Pocok4

    Oh and by the way:

"and the foreing troops in "few countries" well thats 150 countries at the moment."

Your point? Canadian troops, Canadian TOP commanders are in the U.S. Hell, Canadian air-force comes down to the states for training. British S.A.S. and Australian special forces, snipers from various countries come to the U.S. for training all the time. Utilizing your logic, the U.S. is just as much a puppet government as any other.

  • @illogicalmethod

thats right you are correct it is a puppet gov, and lets not forget that these countries was once all British colonies, wich may you think irrelevant but it isnt.

  • @Pocok4

U.S. as it stands now was not merely a British colony. Yes, the original establishment and the founding fathers were of British origin. However, since that time, the U.S. has expanded and taken in territory and people from Spain, France ...etc(point being, we're not merely a "British colony" and our history is far more rich and diverse than to say that kind of thing with a straight face). Then again, it would suit your purposes, in order for you to claim that the U.S. is a "puppet...

  • @illogicalmethod

not US is a puppet, only the gov and the FED, you shouldnt mixing the whole country with a few people.

By the way im not bashing your culture, im only stated that the common heritage beetwen these countries makes it suitable to cooperate with eachother more, than with other countries.

  • @Pocok4

"not US is a puppet, only the gov and the FED, you shouldnt mixing the whole country with a few people."

On that note, there are hundreds(thousands) of people who make up the federal gov. These are people that are elected to their positions via their respected state elections, under the legal avenues of their respected states. They all carry different agendas and different goals and ideologies. They all jockey for power and maneuver politically, to get what they want.

  • @illogicalmethod

"They all jockey for power and maneuver politically, to get what they want."

and more the limit is skyhigh, and that ia a bad bad thing if you dont see this you need glasses, you are sold out pal.

  • @Pocok4

"and more the limit is skyhigh,"

No, it is not, either. Baseless assertion based upon, eh, what?

"and that ia a bad bad thing if you dont see this you need glasses,"

Legislators, senators, representatives are constantly rejected and have to compromise to get what they want. How does that equate to "sky is the limit"? Furthermore, there are people who are actively engaged in repealing anti-constitutional laws and expanding(or protecting) our rights as they exist. Both in and out

  • @Pocok4 of the government.

  • @Pocok4 Its asinine and frankly, intellectually dishonest to assert that these people are "puppets" of anything or that they are all the puppets of "the same thing."

  • @illogicalmethod

do you know what puppet means?they follow orders, if some subordinate say oh no sir we cant do this its unconstitutional or against federal law they are fired, or worse, so you dont need anybody to be a traitor or corrupt, the majority will simply follow orders thats a fact at this moment as we speak they do.

    and the people suffer.

  • @Pocok4 ...gov.". Hey, whatever floats your boat sir. However, I'm going to have to take exception to your continual insistence that I'm inferior and at a disadvantage, merely because I'm American. It's generally impolite to suggest that you are more in the know merely because of birth. It is the oldest form of "racism" and it is disgusting and reprehensible beyond compare. Maintenant, bon soir.

  • @illogicalmethod

i never sad that you are inferior, I dont think you are, all humans are equal, but the knowlage you have needs to be upgraded a bit, because its in the state of a 70's schoolbook.

Nobody is always right, if somebody thinks he is always right than we have a problem, Europe made a lot of shit in history and im not going to defend it because it would be bad and dishonest to do so, so if you defending bad policy ok do it but I wont say you have right because that wouldn't be true.

  • @Pocok4

"I never sad that you are inferior, I dont think you are,"

You do not have to say a thing to insinuate or infer the same. As such, referencing our respective countries of birth and stating you're less brainwashed and better educated can only do one thing.

  • @illogicalmethod

    you are obviusly paranoid

i never sad that I am better educated, I sad we are less brainwshed in schools and thats a fact, tahts not the same.

All I have to do or any other Europeans is watch rtl, or pro7 or tv5 or any other newschannel,or internet, and than watch cbs, abc, cnn on the same topics, people in the us are being brainwashed on daily basis, if you dont belive it ok, but dont say things I never sad.

  • @Pocok4

Alright, I was trying to take you seriously. "If China wouldn't lend money you wouldnt even be able to fuel military hardware."

Uh, not quite. Seriously? If China never gave us money, perhaps we wouldn't pour the billions into the 159 countries that we do and keep it at home. lol.

"And the problem is you are to proud to see things a bit different.."

Duly noted, observed and observation returned in kind.

  • @illogicalmethod

Wow you are back, was you on anger management I hope so:)

keep at home? you mind at a short leash, we should do a referendum in all those countries, what do you think, maybe you can keep all the money:)

Im not proud at all, Im only not brainwashed or at least not as much as you.

  • @Pocok4

Why would I need anger management? Are you presuming you have either the ability or the intelligence to make me angry? Do you really believe that your inane banter has any sway in my emotional health? Not like I'd expect anyone who tosses about pointless conjecture and utilizes ad hominem attacks as being, you know, remotely able to actually be civil, but hey when facts fail and presumption reigns...

  • @illogicalmethod
