She is very pretty but that her actual singing talent just makes this an unfair comparison. There are very few that can compete with her, Tarja while I love Nightwish is not one of them since most of her stuff is highly edited/composed, live and in person she is not a great singer.
Floor Jansen can sing really well but just does not have the looks.
Some others that I would mention. Check out Helen Vogt from Flowing Tears, Within Temptation, Lacuna Coil, Sirenia, etc
