Does Nook download apps on SD Card ONLY!? ...or can it download apps to the internal memory as well?

My brand new Nook Tablet does not download any app!!! It writes "download unsuccessful" for every download I tried to download: Amazon App Store, Go Launcher and TGPS Launcher... tried to download them from direct links and from my personal hotmail e-mail account... it DOES NOT download any app!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@jtriniboy96 this functionality seems to get removed with the 1.41 version of Nook software. It is possible to work around this... but it is somewhat technical.

B&N just put out an update blocking the loophole. You can still access the apps, but cannot download any others.

I've got 3rd party apps enabled but Launcher Pro wont open and doesn't show up in the search... I'm able to install Go Launcher, but other apps still wont download. I get a message "problem parsing the package" or "this application was not able to install, please archive and then unarchive"

If you download a browser that let's you changer the user agent to desktop, then you might be able to play video on the tablet. Not sure though.
