I kinda like this video cause this is where we go camping, at Center Lake, #9. We camped there 2 times in 2010 and Ol George was there, along with 7 deer 50-70 feet from our camp, turkey right through our camp. I got it on video. I have a 8mm video camera and I don't know how to put it on youtube.

Many people have enjoyed the video and are interested in learning about the American Bison, just as I am. Sorry to have wasted, apparently, your valuable time. Their lucky they got in the car! Bison are not like a barnyard animal I used to be around them alot! The bison will charge you at full speed and their not bluffing so standing your ground isn't an option! Just think about a 2000lb pissed off beast hitting you a 25 to 30 mph! The Bison is not tame and it doesn't take much to set them off and you won't outrun them! In fact within 200 yards of the bison or especially a herd is to damn close and will get you charged 7times out of 10!

We stayed at Center Lake campsite in July and had a great time! Everyone should visit Mt Rushmore and Custer State Park at least once in their life. Great video!! Thanks for sharing

I've never seen such a frenzied attack! How you managed to continue filming amazes me. Not sure how I would have reacted. It all happened so quickly. One minute the animal is drinking from the stream, the next it's charging at 60 miles per hour straight at you! I would have probably had a sandwich and a cup of tea then sharpened the end of a stick and just as the huge beastie opened it's big gob to eat me up I would have poked it in the eye. I would have also shouted something like "Go away!"
