Nice tutorial. FOr those who get an error, Its is because your iPod IS NOT IN DFU MODE. Its in a recovery mode. REWATCH THIS VIDEO and look carfull on how he puts his iPod in DFU.

i'll try making a few easy go steps.(skipping the make .ispw)

1.with iTunes closed iPwner iTunes with winpwn

2.Open iTunes, Then with iPod/iPhone CONNECTED Hold down the power button and Home button for 10 Seconds then release power button WHILE STILL HOLDING HOME BUTTON. ( if done correctly your ipod screen will remain Black the entire time.

3. Hold shift and click Restore, then a pop-up will appear to choose the designated .ispw to restore iPod/iPhone. if it fails leave ur msn or email.

You could link directally to apple duh. God do you even know how to reverse engineere iTunes headers to get to the central DB headers. If you aren't a true hacker don't jailbreak. You are really doing tons of stuff to the device that you don't have to.
