SRV is/was the best guitar player & musician EVER, no one can compare to him nor play like him no matter how great or famous they are--even the greats admit they can't & could NOT keep up or play like SRV, such as Clapton, King, Waters, Cray, etc. Amazing, thanks for uploading this or I would have had to :)

@msitarilde It was actually written by Art Neville and sent to Jimmy Vaughn after Stevie was killed as a tribute to him

@Tattdgoose I know it was a tribute to him given to his brother. Evidently I should have said "about" SRV. I'm a huge SRV fan, so yes, I knew that, especially when it's Jimmy singing this, and all the other blues artists that got together and did the tribute to him, which I saw. But it's still "for him," & that's what I meant. Peace out.

@Tattdgoose Yep, says so in the full song video online here at youtube, the 8+ minute long one from tribute DVD. Awesomely performed by some of the best blues musicians still alive.

Hey there. I just did an SRV tribute to Six Strings, also. Even used alot of the same pics. (hadn't previously seen yours).
