if you can' publish your video to youtube or something you have to save it first on your computer you can find it in the link in windows movie maker "tasks"
There's this thing called "sony vegas" .. also, there is this other thing called a torrent. Put the 2 together and, viola, you get a decent program free. :)
this also happens in my video too, it doesnt start at the begining though, starts about 1 min after, im getting really annoyed and i need help because its my runescape music video.
I hate it to, I wanna so bad find a solution to this, but I dont know how. Ive been looking up for codecs, but doesnt seem to help cause i get on to other things.
I used Cyberlink Power Director for this and it worked fine, its the only video maker that doesnt give me a dark video. WMM though I want fixed.

on my wmm all the mp4 vids can import but it keeps being black!!! i use to be able to play it but i dont know what happened

i got the same problem, u can check it out on this video, open season 2 music video hellraiser just search for it, it starts after a while.

Right now i'm using an expensive program called Cyberlink. It works fine, but I'm
still upset about windows movie maker
because I need some clips to be splitted
so the footage not needed will be out and
I can work more easily on making vids.
