what does credit vs. cash have anything to do with money mgmt.. if people in the hood don't know about credit and its importance than they are ignorant and should search out information. Its not just people with alot of money that good credit is important for, its imperative for anyone.

Honestly, I gotta disagree. This dude was talking about LOANS. You don't need credit if you have the cash to buy the item RIGHT THERE. When these inititutions ask for credit they don't check your SCORE. They check your REPORT. FICO scores are for MAJOR loans. Cash and assets are what matter, credit is just a scam to keep your in debt. It's called financing your dream. So when you can't make if off they will reduce you to a white tee for life.
