  • anybody know how heavy of a kettlebell i should buy for this?

  • so do we do a ladder then all the kettle bell lifts? Repeat 2-3 times or do we do what you just did 10 yards, kettle bell swings, 20 yards ect... Repeat 2-3 times?

  • GREAT HANSOME MAN.

  • Id like to workout with this guy, even though it may kill me.

  • Looks pretty good, but I'm not swinging that ball over MY head...fuck around and bust your head all the way open!!!

  • @starkyz i was thinking the same thing :)

  • sorry this is kinda of a dumb question. but how much cardio (intervals, 15 min total) should a 18 year old do in a week?

  • Train like Stallone? So where is the steroid part?

  • Pretty awesome man.

  • hes got dynamite areolas

  • Great physique mate!!! Keep up the good work. If you wonna check my selfmade trailer about Universal Soldier New Dimension starring some of the biggest fitness and martial arts athletes like Dolph Lundgren, Scott Adkins, Andrei Arlovski, Roy Jones Jr and Jean-Claude Van Damme it would be an honour if you watched it!!! Thanx!!!

  • Im 95 and i can do it! JK only 18

  • Whats the best workout to get the last layer of fat off the stomach area ?

  • @alativalmis There is no workout to target speicfied fat storage areas in your body,

fat will generally burn off evenly, also depends on your genetics.

burning off fat, is done by keeping a keen eye on your diet consumption, exercising and getting good rest.

    good luck with your goals.

  • @alativalmis its called diet ;) and even better combine it with some cardio running or p90x or insanity or swimming, jump rope is great to but mostly diet :)

  • @alativalmis

basically just core involving cardio, 10 minutes of jump rope a day worked great for me

  • @alativalmis run

  • @alativalmis low intensity cardio in the morning on an empty stomach or after an intense weight sessions when u have no carbs left to burn and in both situations youll burn the fat unless u train too hard on an empty stomach youll start burning MUSCLE!

  • @alativalmis

    lipo suction!

  • love the music at the beginning totally badass :D

  • Running form isn't pretty at all, but great video none-the-less.

  • good .......

  • are your athleanx burst conditioning exercises something i can do on my "in between" days? i lift 3x/week - mon wed fri. Could i do this tues thurs sat?

  • Great video man, thnks

  • Great Body man!

  • great work out i'm playing baseball can you email my email ogden417@yahoo.com if you can

  • @TonyLegeo yeah, train in a gym 1.5 - 2 hrs..doing what? giant sets of heavy weight lifting plus long rest? now that's crap...lol. I bet you can't last a 20-min circuit with Jeff Cav...lol

  • athlean, first of all i want to thank you for your videos, are perfect

now,i saw some comments and people say "i follow your program"

which program did they mean?the program of this video?a program with many exercise?what?please answer me,and keep going, you are perfect

(sorry for my English,i am from Greece..)

  • @g30rGeTrypas Go to the AthleanX website, its that one

  • @IrishRhavin ok ty ;)

  • Bodybuilding isn't hard it just takes time and dedication. There is no need to go out on the field to perform exercises almost everywhere can afford a gym membership these days. And those who can are lazy to attend a gym twice a week then there is no way they'll go to a field to workout.

Here is the core of bodybuilding success:

    1. Proper form

    2. Go full out

    3. Consistency

Following those three rules will get anyone in shape in no time ;) cheers.

  • @ruskido Not everybody can it depends where you are some are really expensive and not even worth it. and the they aren't the 3 core of bodybuilding either. I'd go for eating over consistency and proper form (on certain exercises)

  • You didn't build those muscles with those exercises. Also I think you roid.

  • Nice workout. Although Statham was already in shape before The Expendables as you can tell from his other movies, Death Race for example.

  • I think this exercises are totally crap.

Go to the gym and train yourself many hours every day 1,5-2 h.

Keep your body fit with a good diet also.

  • @TonyLegeo 1,5-2 hours at the gym? Is there actually a study that proves you get better results by spending more time inside that specific building? Diet is important, I won't argue with that, but time isn't relevant if you're doing it with high intensity and really raising your metabolism. I've been working out since I was 14 and I always got better results in fitness tests (school, army) when my routine consisted of circuit training using medium/heavy weights. My routines last 1 hour max.

  • @fiddlebender88 Nobody gives a flying fuck

  • @MrAussiebloke12345 You do.

  • jeff,,ur a legend & a great motivator...keep up your great work,,thankyou.

  • Camera person needs to learn to focus

  • @Zipemova1 oh shallap sum1s always complaining...sheeet

  • @IdotQTube Point taken.

  • @IDontHoldTheTruth

He showing what you could look like if you tried.

  • first of all i'd like to say I'm a huge fan of your workouts, I particularly like how many there are to mix and match. I just started using this wind sprint exercise and i was just wondering how many times a week would be appropriate to do this workout.

  • I just started getting into kettlebell - I'm loving the functionality of the training and using it for unilateral exercises. It's great for martial artists like me - but man, I never thought of using a towel for it this way - I really gotta try this stuff out. I've been trying to get Stallone's look in the Expendables :D

  • if u want to be big u have to train with intensity like 4-6 reps and about 3 sets

  • what i respect most about jeff is he is genuinely a sincere and modest guy which shows through his work. Im a HUGE fan of athleanx as it is aimed more on definition and body shape than so much size. yes we all want a little size to our muscles but its mainly about definition and shape which athleanx is helping me acheive in a short time and no injuries. great stuff jeff thanks man!!

  • m 21 .. started exercising 3 months .. as I was on a break for a few dayz because of my university exams .. so i din went to gym for 20 days .. my eating habits are quite good now a days cus of he gym .. and i eat quiet a lot ..due to this wat happend is ma belly has developed some fat .. previously ma abs foundation was visible but no this strands of fat over it and its kinna ugly .. wat to do please help .. :( :(

  • @kuksify if you are devolping fat around the belly you are eating hight fat food's stick to lean meats chicken breast lean cuts of pork and other white meat and only eat clean complex carbs, swaet patato's, short grain brown rice and stay away from white starchy cards that store and you should probly increase you cardie

  • this one was something new but i am in a place where markets and gym don't have kettle bells but i could manage a uni directed weight but i want know to that it wouldn't cause any side affects

  • Yeah.

This one of the coolest workout I've ever seen.

Can one entire working out program be done like this?

  • anyone know what weight that is

  • I just did this for the first time today, WOW! Thank goodness I recently lost 30 pounds and have ten more to go. Thanks for your videos.

  • this guy is juiced up

  • How heavy of a kettle ball do you use? What weight do you recommend when you first start?

  • looks sorta like christian bale lol

  • i am 17 years old i would say i am over average of people fit wise but my chest is strong but doesnt show its is cut interior and exterior but my upper section of my pectorial is not showing its kinda flat is there anyway to improve that with circuits or isometric holds to see results if so let me know

  • you should do an abs workout like Mike The situations

  • what weight kennel ball are u using on this video

  • Dude you are in great shape . How old are you? I am 38 and cannot get rid of the gut even though I workout 3 time s a week. I know diet diet diet but when do I am so hungry

  • @gladiator30087 your stressing yourself too much with your diet and stress causes fat

  • all he does is glammor workouts

  • So him doing weights ain't a good idea no?? I don't mind him doing it as he looks good from doing it.

He want to know how can he get girls at school to notice he's strong and has a good body any advice, I had none

  • @ITzReece96 I'm sorry dude, I'm a parent and I can't disagree with you enough. Why would you want your 13 year kid lifting weights so he can look good for girls in school? That's poor. At that age all a parent should be concerned about for his kid is healthy nutrition which will keep him in good shape for a KID his age. You have to remember your son is still a KID. Calisthenics, bike riding and fun sports should be all any KID should be doing.

  • @macuser5555 im not even a parent but thats absolutely right until they get to at least 16/17 they shouldnt be weight training, they should be enjoying their youth in sports and social activities he has the rest of his life to weight train if he wants to.

  • I is ok that my 13 yr il son does ur workouts? He gets results but is he too young?? For his age he is above average with strength way more than all his peers and adults almost

  • @ITzReece96 Generally....I don't recommend training with any more than bodyweight until after puberty or around 14/15 years of age. I would have him stick mostly to the non-weight exercises and just use his own bodyweight for resistance.

  • @JDCav24 hey im 13 and my training center says that beacause im over the average of my age so they let me use weight exercises

  • @hejmeddig713 probably because they want your money

  • @MrAussiebloke12345 its not that expensive only 25 dollars

  • @ITzReece96 i was thirteen and i worked out like this if you wont let him do it your depriving him of pretty valuable conditioning

  • @ITzReece96 i started at 11 and turned out fine but maybe it was luck

  • can you do a video not usin any weights or any other work out tools only stuff you would have at a average home

  • Awesome video...hope to get a part II of this great Expendable workout...athleanx style!!!!

  • I just tried 3 sets of this awesome workout...man it kicked my butt!!! Great Expendable workout. Hope there is in the future a second expendable workout. The endurance and physiques that those actores display on the movie is just awesome.

    Thanks Jeff...always great stuff!

  • i have been doing all these workouts on his channel for 8 weeks, and seeing some great results

  • This is some sick shit. Simple yet a killer.

  • this excersice is nutz im definetly gonna do it

  • The 4 people who 'disliked' this should be forced at gun point to do it...

  • wuts the song called ??

  • Damn, I'd probably crack my skull swinging the kettlebell like that!

  • what weight was that kettlebell?

  • I feel like I almost died of exhaustion just watching you do this workout... Can't wait to try it!

  • do this whole thing 3 times?

  • What age did you start lifting?

  • Man I'm good to have to try that kettlebell swing move! That is definitely a nice one. Great routine all together though.

  • you know for a trainer, he runs really badly. not saying that his workouts don't work or anything... but that's pretty bad form for running even if you are tired.

  • @bellatoro all his videos seem to be primarily muscle building focused, and in a lot of them he mentions cardio not being not neccessary, maybe hes not that great'er runner, but he seems to be alright at muscle building!

  • Sprint ladders are more commonly known as suicides i believe :P

  • GREAT WORKOUT MAN!!!

  • Great vid fella, thanks and keep up the good work:)

  • u r superb man

  • Another excellent job. Thanks for keeping it real and interesting.

  • Awesome i'm doing this 2moro

  • How can you Dislike this video????? Two people missed the like button

  • hey man i heard that the body has a limit to growing its size when unless you take steroids, do you know anything about that?

  • I'm jealous. you have an amazing body

  • How heavy was that kettlebell you were using with that towel ?

  • Can I put my chihuaha instead of the kbell?? LOL!! :) I always learn about your compound movements and enjoy them. It's impressive how creative you are showing this x-cersises! keep doing this great work! Thanks!

  • id love to do this! im a girl. 21, 5'2" 105 lbs. what weight do you suggest i use as a kettle bell?

  • @calsweet .. 8-15 lbs

  • @Reignunlimited oh thank you!

  • @calsweet .. good luck

  • nice work JD, looked difficult!

  • @lotofguevos sit-ups are good for the lower back, if you go all the way up. Most people think it's an ab excersize but crunches more target the abs.

  • If he dies, he dies....

  • @lotofguevos through in a deadlift with a twist at the top ?

  • yep and thats a crackhead children

  • sprint through the line! jk nice workout

  • Great stuff Jeff....I am heading right now to the gym to put it in practice....thanks so much...!

  • Woah, you look BUFF in this video Jeff..

  • Sick work out!!!

  • This workout is prefect for me and i can adjust it to help me with track by running 100 meters, 200 meters, 400 meters, 600 meters and 800 meters. Thank you so much Jeff

  • really nice workout..

  • Jason Statham has only been famous since lock stock - not that long ago.

  • Jeff, I have the AthleanX program but don't have the TNT, I don't know my order number. Can you help me with that? Also, How do you know this is the kind of workout that they did for the MOVIE Expendables? Love your training style keep up the good work. David

  • Jeff, good to see your human just like the rest of us.......

  • @shallihateyouorkissu lol i suggest you use light weights unless u want massive muscles

  • @afgmuscl3 Girls wont get big even by using heavy weight ..

  • Jeff, what was the weight of the kettle bell you were training with in the video?

  • I bought Athlean-X like 2 weeks ago and i like it. I can see how after 3 months somebody would be able to get lean if they followed the program to the dot.

  • U

    ARE

    AWESOME

    ALL THE BEST MY HERO

  • jeff super session ive started doing explosive workout from doing heavy body building and i love it id never go back jef do you have any workouts for legs especially stubborn calves cheers mate

  • Nice workout Jeff very interesting use of the towel... you ought to tell everyone to be careful with the first exercise though, before someone brains themselves with the kettle bell

  • I'd love to try this if I didn't get shin splints at the drops of a hat nowadays. They have totally canned the running aspects of my workouts.

    Ugh...

  • @misterRDF tell me about it, i've spent like 6months having to pretty much rest it and mine have only just gone..

got a marathon next month and i bet they'll return before the big day.

  • @TSkillaaa

I feel ya man, last time I took 8 months off running, came back - felt OK for a few days and BAM, back with a vengeance. The only difference is I did sprint training because it was the only form of running exercises I enjoyed. Lol, those days are gone. That said, best of luck to you man - hopefully you're at 100% and have no problems.

  • Nice vid jeff.. How much does that kettle bell weigh?? And how many sets of that should you do?

  • used to do 'sprint ladders' for soccer training back in the day except our coaches called them 'suicide runs'... sadistic bastards

  • @anwyll good ol suicides haha

  • bad ass.

  • NICE MAN.....

  • Looks though as nails Jeff, great job once again!

  • super

  • i luv unconventional types of workouts like this

  • I'm 18, and when I'm 60, I'm going to say that I grew up watching guys like Jeff Cavalier, and well that's all I'm gonna say. Then, i'm going to star in "The Expendables" remake. *Beast Mode* -_-

    lol

  • @skittlesnicker haha dude that's like exactly what I was thinking

  • If a guy in Jeff's shape is exhausted by doing this, it must be intense. I want to try it, but I don't have any kettle bells.

  • lol those lunges got real sloppy at the end boss.

  • @KingRockets he was tired..thats ok..im sure he practiced a bit before he filmed..

  • 47-years old here and working the AthleanX program for a year. 250 pounds down to 215 with muscle gain.

  • Sylvester Stallone was 64 on July 6th. We were born on the same day so we are the same age.
