HA!! You are an 11:11ener! Awesome. WAY cool idea about the fish tank bubbler. Love it. Nice video set. Thank you. So if I may.. let me discuss with you why I am drinking distilled water. You are correct we need to replace the minerals that the distilling process removes. I think that can be done in separate water, or in veggie juice, or with supplements. I am trying to drink most of my water as pure distilled though as a way to remove toxins fro the body. (continued.. )
@RunAMuckGirl2 2) When I worked as a assistant in our chemistry lab, all glass wear for experiments were final rinsed with distilled because it easily bonded with all other (non-lipid, soap took care of that) molecules and carried them away from the surface of the container. In the body water moves from an area of high concentration across a cell membrane to an area of low concentration. So if you drink a liquid with *any* other molecule in it, you are less likely to hydrate fully for example..
@RunAMuckGirl2 3) Distilled water allows the H2O to carry more toxins with it as the body pumps it back out through the waste removal systems. The distilled is actually more bioavailable. The cells can't pump it with out the proper minerals though, so they do need to be there, as you mentioned. Does this make sense to you?
@RunAMuckGirl2 Yes, distilled water is like a sponge for ALL chemicals, molecules, etc.
As the distilled water flows through your system, it takes the good and the bad.
It depends where the toxins are located and how deeply. You do not want to drink strictly distilled water though. It's like eating celery. There's nothing there.
It literally takes more energy for your body to push it through your system than the energy you get back.
@TheRealVerbz2 I sure do appreciate you! ♥(((Hugs)))♥ I personally do have to do a lot of detoxing, but you have helped me rethink how to do it more skillfully. Perhaps adding minerals for every other water bottle refill? I'll ponder. :o)

Everything is a tool, however.
