@chippy89 when your HD meter is full, activate that mode with heavy punch and light kick. Generally, HD cancelling takes half the bar, but with this mode, it takes far less, but the meter slowly decreases overtime. It lets you cancel tons and if you pull the level 3 super with this mode, it takes the rest of the bar and only costs 2 levels.
