I drink 7 up or Sprite (also ginger tea) for nausea. The carbonation helps upset stomach for some reason. Pregnant ladies with nausea often drink ginger ale or ginger tea.
Hey Linds. long time no see.. I used to drink gingerale for an upset stomach too unfornately now that my stomach is only a few ounces big carbonated beverages are not a wise choice, ive heard nausea is coming this close out of surgery, i'm sure it will pass i'm not worried for the most part i'm very very happy. nice to hear from you :)
