My bank over charged me for a check printing fee when I opened a new account. I went in the branch office where I opened the account and was pretty pissed off. I talked to the manager and the person that opened the account and caught them in a mistake. They fixed the problem right on the spot. Banks don't want to lose customers if you complain in person. I doubt the guy with the bug eyed glasses lost any money and probably had an overdraft fee for not balancing his check book and got nailed.
The feet jerky hippy with the over-sized metrosexualized WWI flight goggles really sums up the #occupy bowl movement. I have to say, if my bank owed me "thousands" of dollars and I was broke (or not), I wouldn't be hanging out at a dirt rally handing out rim jobs. I'd be dealing with the bank trying to get my money back.
