  • can you show how to fix the screen

  • i even took the middle casing off :) good video

  • i gotta a problem with mine. songs on mine r going bad i click them and they just say "bad track" and go onto the next song that will play. do u know how to fix this?

  • honestly I forgot, I just use a microsoft zune now.

  • ok then . i'll just play around with it a while and see if i fix it. thats usually my way of fixing things :)

  • I had the same problem and it was even worse it froze and i had to wait for the power to go out but i went to rockbox firware it has better firmware no problems, better audio quality, games, a lot of plugins, customizable themes etc.

  • yea, I got my e260 when the e200 series first came out way before the e280 came along. I just gave in and got a 30gb zune and only use the sansa when I forget to charge the zune

  • so what your saying is that the sansa does not show up, when you plug it into the usb port. there are two solutions that work for me, one is to just use another usb port, and two is to go to the start menu and right click on my computer. after that click mange, then device manager (the sansa should be highlighted in yellow showing that there is a problem with it). click the sansa icon and look for the uninstall device button and click it. after that, just restart and your computer should see it

  • the media converter is simple, just select a video file(mpeg wmv, but not a quick time movie file) and run it through the converter.

  • Can the memory be easily upgraded?

  • I took a quick look at it, and the memory module is behind a thin plastic film above the battery bay. I didn't bother trying to remove it, but it looks like it could be removed if you could somehow melt the solder holding it to the motherboard. I wouldn't even do something like that, when you can just buy a 4 or 8gb mini SD card for the expansion slot.

  • I have a version 1 e250 that only accepts up to 2GD microSD cards. I was hoping the internal memory was just an SD card or similar that could be easily upgraded. I should have got the e280.

  • yep, only eight screws. this is child's play for someone who rebuilds computers.

  • sansa is crap i have e260 its always frozen on refreshing the database... Put that in the garbage loll crap

  • Dude fuck the sansa e200 series.

I have a blank white screen that refuses to get fixed and it's pissing me off.

I don't want a fucking ipod, but man, FUCK sansa to hell.

  • Me too the sansa company would do nothing for me I ran it over with a lawn mower DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP THEY ARE JUNK AND COMPANY WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING FOR ME SO I TOLD THEM AND VOWED TO LET EVERYONE KNOW CRAP CRAP CRAP ...

  • so im guessing the sansa is good

  • i got some dust or something on the inside of my screen and its anoiying me

  • mine too has some dust in it. but i thought they wouldnt do anything about it so im just gonna deal with it. its better than the ipod though.

  • cool

  • Lucky for me i can fix some problems the sansa has

  • sansa has evrything the only setback is the painted back coverthing at the back

  • i'l tell you something guys, dont buy a sansa, they are defective and their screen is cracked easily, it laggs and freezes, look at the other sansa videos, they all have these weird prblems, a good mp3 player should not have problems and all this"try doing his, try doing that"to fix it, get an iPod or samsung

  • fuck ipod fuck samsung and fuck u

  • i have a question can u send ur sansa to the Sandisk company to fix it if u dont have warranty.

when u answer this question can u send me a meesge on my account

  • i have a question can u send ur sansa to the Sandisk company to fix it if u dont have warranty.

  • 4 sum reason, I have lost 2/4 screws for the back of my precious Sansa. Does anyone know where 2 get replacements?

PS. W/ some scissors, Sansa-sized Ipod covers work great. Use a straw and a foam block 2 equalize.

  • so when u undo the screws at the back does it make the front cover able to be taken off???

    nice vid be the way

  • mammmmmmmmmaaaaaaaaaaaaa oooon nooooooooooooooooooooooo

    herebol but god video

  • Actually, the sansa is fine. It all just screws back together, without any damage. I did this because I needed to check the audio jack ( because it only plays to one side)after numerous frameware upgrades and downgrades, only to find out that it is just another quality issue with sandisk. So now im sending it back to be replaced under warranty for the second time!!

  • Does the front cover easily come off when you take out the screws from the back? This is great you can easily change the plate if it gets scratch. The Only problem is where to buy the parts. Do you know where?

  • I had this problem with a Sansa M230. All it was were bad quality ear buds that it came with. I bought new headphones and now it's perfect.

  • It wasn't the headphones, but was some sort of connection in the headset jack that was too small for me to repair.

  • oh, ok.

  • Man why did you do this to your beautiful sansa?!

  • its beatifoul, but really demageable!
